Thank you for all the nice comments we had the past 5 years! It was great to meet the many cachers, not only at GZ (the church grounds) but also at events. (Toowoomba)
Due to moving out of the area and not be able to maintain the cache that has been muggled several times now, it's time to give another cacher the chance to hide a cache here.
Thanks folks!

Enabled again. School kids from nearby school kept 'visiting' the cache.

I am moving the cache -if possible- to another nearby location.
The cache was NOT on private property but many seemed to think it was. It was outside the boundary of the house and its garden. I could not put the cache at the actual church or church grounds, as some people just wrecked the newly planted gardens in their hunt for the cache.
Hopefully it will be up and running shortly again.
Thanks for the nice comments on this site and especially thanks to those Geo Cachers I/we met at this 'View on a church' cache site in person.

A well known spot in Toowoomba. Cache nicely blending in with its hiding place.

Unfortunately the GPS was all over the place. Next time I will put on better shoes as it wasn't easy to get where I wanted to go. We'll soon be able to log this as a find.
Edit: On our way back from Warwick we decided to stop and have another look. As we drove up, there was car, but no-one in sight. That must be a cacher we thought as we parked ourselves on the little bench at the parking place.
It was very nice to meet ByronBabe, who had been at this cache site before. After she left we went for the cache and this time it was easier to get to the spot where the cache was hidden.
Thanks for the cache TeamBellingham!

I'm not so keen on having to do a puzzle at home before getting the co-ordinates for a cache (could be a huge hurdle for cachers at heart, as they won't be able to do the cache). For us it was a cache luring so close.. ;D So did the sudoku, put the co-ords into the GPS and off we went.
It's a lovely short drive through the bush just off the Gatton-Clifton Road. We saw a wild pig laying on the track that mysteriously was missing it's head. Dunno where it's brains went.
Lots of scrub turkeys and wallabies running around as well. Lovely place.
The co-ordinates were spot on.
Thanks for putting a chache here George Montague.

Nice easy find. The log was a bit damp.
The park is small, no toilets, but has a water tap.
Thanks for the cache

We did a thorough search but couldn't find it.
The hint made no sense to us unfortunately. We will give it another go, maybe next week.

Edit: Finally we did find it on the 7th feb.
As we approached, the cache was readily visible. It was definitely not at that spot the first time we went there.
Thanks for the cache

Cache in good condition.
Thanks!

Just one man cutting some grass. We didn't have to sneak around.

This one was not so easy to find at first, as the GPS pointed towards some private land. After a good look around it became obvious and the cache was found quickly.
Its in good condition and contains a travelbug amongst other items.
Nothing taken and nothing left.
Thanks for the cache.

We saw the cache easily, but had to wait until the coast was clear. Just as we thought it was safe to take it, a woman and her dog came along and parked her bum on the grass almost next to the cache.
We decided to go to the next cache in another close by park and come back later.
Not long after we were struggling through the bushes there, that same woman and her doggie turned up and gave us a 'strange' look! [:o)]
We had to stop our stumble through the bush and go back to Picnic Point to get the cache. It was then easy to obtain.
Thanks for the cache!

When we arrived there was a truckie close by, having a little bbq next to his truck. We decided to sit for a few minutes to reset the GPS but it was becoming dark fast. After one of us went back to the car to get the torch, a car approached. We had a GPS and they had a GPS.. it was obvious that they were looking for the same thing as us. It became a joint find.
Thanks for the cache!

Left a new log paper and a pencil.

Very pleasant trip in a great environment. We loved the puzzle bit!
The cache container is a bit bright in colour though and can easily be seen by mugglers and/or their kids. It would maybe be better if the container was painted in camouflage colours?
Sadly, the little café is demolished to make place for the new library.
It's really sad that they put a big building at such a lovely natural looking place as Lake Apex Park.
Thanks!

We were 'petrified' we wouldn't find it as it was getting really dark.
Nicely done thanks!

Few mugglers kept us sitting on one of the benches in front of the lovely medieval looking church. After they left we found the cache quick and all was in good condition.

Road is a bit rough but the view is great!
No snakes seen, maybe they saw us.
Don't let curiosity kill the cat (tle)
Cache in good condition and many little nice swap-ables for kids.

Indeed a lovely location! Inside was a polished stone and a super ball, which we left. We had nothing to swap as it was our first find. Took us to a part of Toowoomba we'd never been before.
