Found fairly easily. Area was quite deserted when we visited.
Took nothing. Left nothing.

Took: Tazo, Badge
Left: Magnet, Travel Bug
Great cache. Took us an awful long time to find it. We had friends with us and the eight of us looked very suspicious (Easter Monday and everyone was having a picnic!). Found in the end by second youngest member of the group (8 years old).

Took: Screwdriver, Glitter Pen, Highlighter
Left: Magnet, Badge, Wizard Statuette
Luckily, this cache was a bit easier than the last one (Panorama Heights). We had kids rolling and running around everywhere. Found in about 10 minutes. Nice quick cache.

great cache maccamob,
we had great fun finding this and introduced some relatives to the joys of geocaching in the process.
whilst difficult to find, after much poking around we managed to find the cache and took the calender/alarm clock and placed a gold coin donation to help with recharging the cache.
will now plan hiding our own cache.

As per other user reports, our cache has unfortunately been destroyed. Nevertheless we will create a new one in the future.

Thanks to all teams concerned in the organising of this event. We had a great time - despite the lousy weather.
The cache-opoly concept is a great one - reminds me a lot of the old fashioned 'car rally', just a bit more hi-tech.
We look forward to the next event of this kind, whereever it may be!

I'm interested, dependent on the date. It sounds like a fun day out for the family.

Had a good time finding this cache - it was extremely well hidden. This was our second attempt, so we were very pleased to find it this time.
Swapped whistle for a plastic dog and took travel bug, Rock, for a ride and swapped for a pair of sunglasses.
We will take good care of Rock and place him in a new cache soon.

Found this cache after an enjoyable walk from our home! Had visitors down from Melbourne so was good way to show them the sights. Clues were fun, and the kids exhanged 2 toys and a keyring for a padlock, tape measure and a scratchie (no luck!).
Thanks, from Carto

This was another good cache (found same day as Wombat Stash). Nice walk around old mining area. Cache was in good condition and hidden well out of harms way.
What a great cache! The access was easy and not too far off the track so great for the kids. Found this with The Spiv's. Took many thinkgs and replaced with many things (you'll have to see the log book in the cache).

Checked this cache today and found it in its correct position and intact. I couldn't check the co-ords as I have loaned my GPS to someone else, but I believe my original co-ords were correct (have you got the correct datum selected, WGS84).
After recent heavy rains in the area the river level has risen to a point where part of the access walking track is under water, however the cache can still be reached through a bit of rock scrambling.
The hiding place is quite difficult, (shall we say its above eye level) although when I found it, the cache was exposed to view. I have since covered it with a few well placed rocks.
Good hunting!

Second of the Ballarat quadrella, this was a neat little cache, using the poly pipe container - swapped a toy butterfly for keyring holder. Still in good condition.
First cache of the quadrella around Ballarat. Great view from the top and the kids had fun climbing the mountain with the GPS.
The last of the Ballarat quadrella, this was a little difficult to find as the co-ord's of the waypoint didn't exactly match with that of the final location - about 10 metres out.
Great cache site. We had great fun visiting this and three others in the Ballarat area - this was by far the most challenging.

Our first Geocache! Had a lot of fun taking the family out to look for this, as it was nearby to where we live. Not too difficult. We look forward to many more Geocaches.
