Didn't have a pen, but found the cache easily enough. Had to return three damned times to get a time where the weren't any muggles. Didn't have a pen with me, so I had to take a picture, which the app is no longer uploading and I can't attach here.

Looks like logging a cache as needing maintenance doesn't count as a find in the app. Rectified

Not sure if its been muggled, or if container has just reached its end, but this one and its contents are pretty FUBAR. Otherwise a good cache

Couldn't find it, its possible its not there anymore 
The comments seem to suggest that it's off the beaten path, but the compass on my phone simply couldn't accurately tell me how close I was.
