Enabled again now seasoned Geocachers have returned and found it this time. 

Log received from seasoned Geocachers stating they cant find it, disabling until we can investigate. 

Coordinates changed from:S 42 30.833 E 147 11.292Coordinates changed to:S 42 30.834 E 147 11.295Distance from original: 14.8 feet or 4.5 meters.Due to feedback from the First To Find about the poor quality of coordinates and hint I have updated the coordinates to an average of the readings taken at ground zero instead of a median, hint is also now verbose, also put the Difficulty rating up at their suggestion.
