I missed the party on Australia Day but thought I might just get a celebratory choccy! But no, they were all well and truly gone so i took the container with me to dispose of correctly
This little Owl stopped here for a bed. Unfortunately he was a bit to chubby to fit into the house so he's perched behind it

I tried to open this paper to have a bit of a read at lunch time but the weather was so hot the pages had stuck together! i'll take it home and cool it off a bit

No wonder it was so dark for this eclipe - hidden under soooooo many leaves that no light would ever penetrate
