In town for a roller derby bout at the near by leisure center. Had time to kill before games commenced so enjoyed a fresh morning walking around this lovely creek area. After a bit of search found what I was looking for. Waited for a gap in foot traffic before signing the log and returning the cache to its hidey hole.So much beautiful wildlife to be seen.TFTC

Tricky tricky.. after fiddling with everything in site Mrs happened across the hide. It's amazing to see the beautiful aray of colours in the mine site. Can appreciate why it's a popular spot for photography. Lovely sunny day, perfect for a stroll.
Quick find after short look around. The new pump track nearby looks like at lot of fun. TFTC
In the area for a Junior Roller Derby Tournament this weekend and had some time to spare so thought we'd enjoy a picnic lunch with a side of history.GeoKids loved the sculpture. TFTC
Nice quick find while completing the local adventure lab. Lovely town full of rich history. TFTC

Why did we even bother? As previous finders have stated the GPS has you in the grass. We looked 'under' the building, ran sticks 'under' the side grooves. Checked 'under' an irrigation cap, checked 'under' the roof eaves/guttering, and even 'under' the seating despite we know it would be too large to fit there. We even expanded our search and looked 'under' the wharf. And under the plants. What CO wants to own a cache that no one can find?Has the CO considered doing a co-ordinate check using a different device because I doubt the whole geocaching community isn't this blind. Back to skipping caches with names in quotation marks I think.
Met the in-laws in town to drop off the GeoKids for a holiday visit. Took a bit of a search to find it, but of course we did. TFTC Log book full

Just bet the wedding prep! People started setting up for a wedding not long after we left the area to find another nearby cache. Retrieved TB and then returned to the children's garden for the Geo kids to burn some energy. TFTC
Quick easy find. We enjoyed exploring this area of the garden and visit the bug hotel which was very busy with bees today. TFTC

In the city with my muggle sister for the weekend to see a theatre show. With time to kill on our first day she decides to give geocaching a go. Well before I knew it she was hooked. We loved this location. We're always amazed at what you might find around a corner. We initially had no luck, but did find the amazing cafe near by hidden behind a door. So we popped in and enjoyed an amazing breakfast and coffee.Late for a very important date at Melbourne Central we had to abandon our search, but made sure we returned afterwards. The laneway was now even more busy but with stealth we found it very quickly.. strange how that happens.Fav point awarded for highlighting this hidden gem of a location.

Gathered info on arrival, bus to Chadstone. Found cache in the rain when back prior to getting on train back to the city
Mrs and muggle sister are in town to see a theatre show. After flying in to town yesterday muggle sister got her first geocaching experience at Spencer Street station and I think I've converted another person! After a day of caching yesterday we've continued the adventure today as we make our way out to Chadstone to visit Hijinx Hotel.

Mrs & sister are in town to see a different theatre shown at a different theatre enjoying some well deserved kid free adventures. Sister has never experienced geocaching before and has really enjoyed her first caching adventure while exploring Melbourne. This building always looks so beautiful at night.

Sister has never experienced geocaching before and has really enjoyed her first caching adventure while exploring Melbourne. - After failing to locate this cache on a previous visit while Mr & Mrs were in town to see Harry Potter at the theatre, tonight was a quick straight forward find under the cover of darkness. Mrs & sister are in town to see a theatre show, enjoying some well deserved kid free adventures. Sister has never experienced geocaching before and has really enjoyed her first caching adventure while exploring Melbourne... This was her first ever find. After flying into Melbourne we caught the SkyBus to GZ and with time to kill before our accommodation check in time this multi was the perfect thing. After decoding the waypoint instructions our check sum didn't add up, so we cut another lap and double checked our figures and finally found our error. It was then out into the frosty wind to find GZ. At GZ we located the lockbox after a quick search and the logbook was quickly signed and returned... And so there ended the sisters first caching adventure. Well worth a favourite point for the shared memories made and a very enjoyable adventure.

Such a cool piece and so detailed. TFTC

Avenger a previous DNF here from a while ago. Co ords well out and previous logs had me at the correct and logical spot. TFTC
Easy find, but this one wouldn't be approved nowadays as it's well within private property. TFTC
Avenged a previous DNF here. The container lid is sun damaged and needs replacing. TFTC
This cache appears to be missing after the floods. Can the owner check on it to confirm it's still there/ replace

Awesome location this one. Got a bit lost with maps not working all that well and had to tramp through the bush for a good 100m. THanks for bringing me here. TFTC
This was an awesome spot. Found the cache after the GPS settled down. When returned to the car I'd lost my keys, after a panic stricken 10 minute search I found them next to the cache. Must've slipped out of my pocket when signing the log. After keys were found I enjoyed lunch up here then continued on my return back to Mildura.
Nice easy find this one. I'll come back to the stupa with the family another time. TFTC
Nice easy find again. The farmer from the previous cache followed me to this hide and I helped him find it, said he was going to tell his grandkids about geocaching. TFTC
As a CFA member this was the priority cache for me to find on a quick work trip down to Bendigo. Visited all the stations and ran the numbers and unfortunately for me I'd done the stations in the wrong order and needed to travel back to the first station to make a near find. I've been a CFA member in Merbein (the most northern station in Victoria) for almost 3 years and it's been an amazing adventure. Thanks for having all the stations as part of this cache. TFTC
