After spending a few nights a Cape tribulation we continued on our Trip towards Brisbane.
Early in the morning not many people were here. Luckily no crocs around.

Found this very nicely hidden cache during our Road Trip from Cairns to Brisbane, heading to Cape Tribulation before going south. 

Today was our third day in New York and the first cache had to be found. This is our first in the US. It was a pleasure visiting the Park.

This one was a little bit tricky. First the GPS device was missleading and then we were looking all over to find the final.
Luckily we did not give up and find it. It´s a very nice area for kids to play.

It took me two attempts to find this cache. As soon as we found the problem in our calculation we managed to identify the cache location, but then the problem started. So we first enjoyed the sunset and then searched again. Luckily i had the right idea and was able to grab the cache.

This is why i love geocaching. You are directed to locations that you may not have visited otherwise.
We took the long way up but it was worth it.
A few muggels seem to have taken the shortcut but since they were on there way down the area was all clear after a bit of waiting. Stunning views over the coastline.
