I'm just wondering why this is described as Granville Harbour as it is no where near Granville, should it not be Pieman River or Corrina..?

Quick find on way back from working at Smithton. Memories of days gone by and the many footy games I played on this ground.. Oh they were the days.. Left Fluro Orange sports car and took keyring.. Many thanks for the Cache.

Was down here for work so thought I would seize the opportunity... Nice walk to the top of the hill.. Today was an exceptionally good day for this area, The press seal bag that the LOG is in is abit worse for wear, probably would be good if someone could replace on their trip to this one. I would have done but it was the one thing I did'nt have in the work bus..

Unforunately has been MUGGLED before I could get back with my concealment... But it will return shortly.. Disappointing but as others have said, "was tempting MUGGLE fate"

Finally got to mark this one off, Can vaguely remember the area when I was a young teen, we used to come out through here shooting when it was farmland.
Got to cache just on dark and the monkey tree made for an eerie site... Great spot for a cache. Thanks to heazle1& tassie1.
I dropped of MACH1 TB, hopefully it wont sit here to long and will be on its travels soon..

Found yesterday 7/3/10 after a long weekend trip to our favorite part of Tas, we were on a 4x4 trip to Sandy Cape when our friend decided that the group would come through the Balfour Track, luckily it was before the big downpour last nite and the big bogs were relatively easy, even still there was alot of snatching in some.. Friend said we would then go to the top of Mt Balfour after getting to the junction. Wow what a drive and what a view. The drive down off the top down over the other track onto Western Explorer was even more exhilerating.. What a trip..
After a big weekend we stopped off here for a bbq at the nearby gazebo, beautiful place, immaculately clean as usual, the Parks people do a great job looking after the area, was lucky to find no muggles at GZ.
Retrieved cache but found the log to be very damp, aired it out for awhile and put a couple of sachets of silica beeds in cont hoping it will help obsorb abit.
Took Mach1 TB and left round smelly airfresh disc.

Found today without attracting any attention, was as windy as blazes so not many muggles about, dont know what was happening but my GPS could'nt lock the given co-ordinates, but what I had was S 34.59.796 E 117.56.692, pretty close but thought it worth noting for future cross ref..
And as ShorterCut noted the logsheet is full but just so happened I had a micro logsheet in my camera bag, so have left in cache..
Would be a Lovely location on a nice day..

looked high n low for this one but without success, could have been the sandblasting we were getting from the strong winds.. it was real bad. Anyhow not a chance we'll get this one as we leave Albany tomorrow... but thanks for bringing us to what on a nice day would be fantastic spot..
Found this morning on our last ditch effort to pick up few up finds before we depart for our journey back home... muggles at the GZ when we arrived, they were there doing scenery scetching, did'nt think we was gunna get to find it but our presence must have intimadated them as they left after a shortwhile which left us to search for cache, was all about to give up when for some reason I reached where the suprise of the cache was, fantastic.. TTFF and the great lookout..

found this one which seems was sometime after shermy_88 had found it,
I did pass some people on the path so may have been fellow cachers.. I did see a small snake on sand track to cache which I later was told by my daughter was most likely a Dugite by the description I gave her... So beware as the notes say..
Great location and nice easy find..

Was hoping to get this one but to many muggles constantly enjoying the view, discreetly had a quik look, GPS said we were right on top of it, I dont know if that meant literally or not, after muggles did'nt look like easing we put this down to a must return after a no go at "there she blows"
We will not be beaten... hopefully... :>)

Found this without any problems, co-ords are spot on, fantastic view over the ocean and shear cliff drops. Was great location for superb photo opporunities, scared the wits out of my daughter as I got abit close to the gap just in front of GZ trying to get that spectacular photo shot..

Arrived at carpark thinking we were in luck as there was only one car, but to our disappointment there were young travellers using the immdeiate area where cach wouyld be... we enjoyed our lunch in the shaded area of a nice table but it looked like these young ones were in for the long haul.. Will hopefully return to this one before leaving in a few days,..
Cheers, we wont be beaten..

Found today on our venture around the picturesque spots that Torndirrup offers. Got more than we expected at this one, on arriving at the top of the stairs we observed a big school of what we later learnt were Salmon, but the best part was the large 3-4m Bronze Whale shark that was herding the salmon into a RING. Spectacular watching and we stayed here for a good hour just watching the event unfold.. Certainly made in all worth while, And to find the cache topped it off.. Took some fantastic photos here..
Thanks very much for sharing this magic spot.. But I agree the initial rating for terrain should be raised..

We was hoping we would find this one, but with a few muggles around we searched high and low and as conspictively as we could, unfortunately not this time, hopefully we will before leaving Albany..

First find on trip to Albany whilst visiting daughter, travelled from Tas.
Fantastic views and great photo opportunities, took some great sunset pics.
Some rather large friendly roos, who did'nt mind their photo taken.
Took figo badge and left a couple of small items.

Called in and logged this cache on way back from Smithton today, great hiding place, have been to this place numerous times before, all before cache hunting took my interest,, Yes log book is in need of replacing as it is certainly now very full.. Took smiley face and left small red pencil and few little bits.. Great cache...
29-Sep-09
Thanks for comments sirius , unless someone has moved cache from where it was first placed it should have been safe.. As original location was not under any threat of mowers unless they were going to take fence out.. I will check on cache when in area next... regards Taz
06-Sep-09
Searched this area today and all I found was a white round screw on lid..not knowing if this belonged to the cache.. So as was stated in last log.. this cache needs to be replaced... Other than that it was a good trip to Cradle..
02-Sep-09
Called and checked this early this morning and Blind Betty is not so blind.. as stated alot of clean up work has been done in this area and I would say that it has gone with the clean up.. Disappointing...
06-Aug-09
Found today on way back to the coast from work trip to Tullah.. Had to wait for quite a few muggles to leave but all ok... Snowing quite hard at site.. But all ok with GZ... left fridge magnet.. Thanks
04-Aug-09
Another cache I had to go past for work, nice easy find and hint is spot on. Alot of little items in such a small container, though the idea of the pencil sharpner was good.. All is ok at GZ..
28-Jul-09
Had to go past this cache for work today, found cache in quick time.. looks like there had been roadworks on edge of site but all ok with GZ.. Dry as a bone after all the rain we have had,. Left small bottle of Hand Sanitizer. Thought fitting...lol Good Cache.. Thanks
