Took mr 5 for his first geocache hunt, and it was unsuccessful.
There were tears that we didn't find the "geocache treasure".
Looks like we'll have to come back for another day for a better look when there's less muggles

Had my finger on it in seconds having seen a few similar and knew exactly where to look.
Took a tad longer to maneouvre from its hiding hole, but all done and signed in a matter of minutes.

Braved it despite being a massive snake phobe.
Headed to likely GZ to find I was still 70m off and apparently on the wrong side of the creek.
Don't have time to continue the search today.

Great little secret location that I would've never known about!
Coords spot on. Cache was out in the open though, with no log book inside.
Signed back of the gc info sheet instead, and returned cache with some natural coverings.

Took us forever! Read and reread the description until we worked it out. But even then, we were ready to give up. Very awesome cache!

These coordinates lead me very close to a residential property.

Out on a geocaching run after realizing I was accidentally an hour early to a meeting.

I got the time wrong for a nearby meeting for work this morning, and realized I was an hour early.
So of course I did the most logical thing, searched nearby geocaches knowing I'm definitely not dressed appropriately for any dirty work.
Found it quickly and easily, without getting dirty! TFTC!
It's nice to see decent sized caches around; I've only been finding micros for a while now.

Temporarily disabling as it appears to have been muggled.
Will continue to attempt to find its new location (as per logs), and will archive if it does not turn up.

After speaking with the user who found it in the open and re-placed it where they thought it belonged, I've still been unable to locate it.
I will archive this cache, assuming it to be muggled.

Took the geokids in the hope for a quick find before dark.
Seems our calculations were wrong; even though we recalculated many times.
It does seem that some of the playground has been demolished. That may affect our calculations?
Didn't stay too long though; as it did get dark. Perhaps more daylight also would've been more helpful.

Got busted snooping around by a man on his verandah.
Began to tell him we were searching for something a child lost in the garden when he told us we were cold!
Seems we weren't the first he'd caught snooping, and definitely won't be the last.
He was able to give some great hints, having found it himself after wondering what everyone's looking for!

I've always avoided puzzle caches because they seem too hard!
I saw this one come up though and figured I'd give it a go as I know auslan. That bit was easy. Trying to navigate the roads with a gps compass wasn't so easy.
Eventually found ourselves on the right road and it was a quick easy find.

Log book very damp. Some water in container and in zip lock bag. Tried to dry these out a bit but log book may need replacing and perhaps a more watertight container.
