Beautiful weather around Nelson. Rain clouds lingering about the ranges where the cache is hidden. Got a little bit wet and the sand flies where in attack mode. Nice little park.

It's been a year since I first tried this one.
It was a gorgeous day and I thought i'd take my mountain bike for a ride. Found it after 20 minutes.

Had a bit of a problem with this one. Didn't know where to start. Found an entrance to the reserve and folowed something that resembled a path. There were pink ribbons marking the path(you wouldn't really recognise it as a path otherwise). Sure enough I must have missed one of the ribbons and found myself standing in the middle of the forrest about 80m from the cache. There was no other choice, I went straight for the cache. It was an easy find when I got there, eventually. I took the easy way down on the proper path.
Sorry for doing excactly what you asked me not to do. Maybe you can supply the coordinates where the path starts(I drove straight past it)

Update:
The cache reviewer has asked me to post the waypoint where the path starts. It is near S41 09.225 E175 00.902.

Beautiful sunny windless evening. Good view of South Island. Didn't bring anything, so took nothing. 

Nice Walk. Lots off sheep.
Cache was on the ground. Put it back in the tree. Looking at the spoiler photo, it was the right spot.

Uh, first one to not find it...
Introduced some friends to geocashing and we gave up after 30 min. Looked at every tree in the area.
Still a beautiful day and a nice spot. 

Lovely calm day. The boiler waypoint was spot on. Tried the Sight 'n Go feature on the GPS for the first time and it put the waypoint smack in the middle of the structure described. No luck finding the micro cache. After reading the log I now know that it isn't the film roll container I expected.
Must try again… 

This was my second attemp. On the first one I didn't bring any notes, just tried to locate it from the waypoint after a game of golf. This time I had everything with me and could spot it easily with my new GPS. Not so lucky with my other attempts today...
