Logs for green_eggs

27-Jun-08
I walk past this spot on my weekly hikes to work, and I was hoping to be the FTF, as I'd never bumped into anyone on this walk before. If I didn't sleep in, I might've had more luck! Today, I was beaten to it by two other cachers. TNLN, TFTC!

07-Dec-07
This cache is not designed for the vertically challenged, but we got it eventually.

05-Dec-07
Nice hidey hole!

03-Dec-07
Found it just after the storms hit today, so there were no muggles around. TNLN, TFTC!

Revisited to drop off TB and coin that I didn't have on me the first time I visited this cache.

29-Jul-07
Nice location. TFTC.

Originally thought that Thinktank was here because of the presence of security cameras, but we returned to GZ 20 minutes later, realising there was another cache in this area. Found this cache easily, with the assistance of the hint. GPS reception here was negligble. TFTC.

Woohoo. Found this one at last. It's much easier searching in the daytime. TNLN. TFTC.

Found this one with the assistance of google maps. GPS reception was non existent today. Not too many muggles here on a Sunday afternoon!

Just managed to squeeze in 1st Cache in Canada Geocoin into the cache.

27-Apr-07
I found this cache after a trek up the track with some mates from Sydney on a sailing adventure. TNLN, TFTC!!

Nice walk up to the forts. We saw a couple of koalas and a small snake. We found the geocache directly under a sleeping koala, which was very cute.

Took geocoin for a trip on our catamaran and will place it in Sydney. Also took a ski attachment of some description and left a french supermarket chain loyalty card.

02-Oct-06
I walked 3km to get to this cache... and i forgot to bring a pen!!

20-Sep-06
Found this 2 weeks ago.. don't remember the exact date. Very nice, easy walk. The creek was actually flowing, following the heavy rains in the previous creek. TNLN.

26-Aug-06
Plenty of muggles around on saturday arvo. Nice hiding spot.

16-Aug-06
Found it easily - no GPS signal, but map helped a lot. Cheers.

06-Aug-06
I located Isaac easily enough, but the location of WP2 eluded me, which seems to be the opposite experience to other geocachers. I looked in all the bushes in the area, and behind the graves, between the graves and couldn't see it.

Hints anyone?

05-Aug-06
Found this one at night - no satellite signals but I knew the area well and located the most obvious hiding posish. Lots and lots of muggles, but I had a big trench coat on so no one saw what i was doing.

The rain made the log somewhat soggy.

30-Jul-06
Went back here today after giving up after the first waterfall yesterday due to bad light.

We should've read all the logs and looked at the photo of the branch. We were at the tree, but we weren't 100% positive about whether it was the right tree or not. We did nonetheless scour through most of the rocks in the area for an hour but without success.

Just out of curiousity, where does the water come from? A storm water drain, or is it a natural spring?

Oh and be careful - I found 2 ticks on my legs.

Very easy find. Nice view too! There were some kids sitting right above it though.

Took the fat cow, left some gauze bandages.

29-Jul-06
Very nice area. Lots of dogs running around. Several different paths to choose from so we were a little confused to begin with.

Left Bearly a Minstrel TB to enjoy the sound of the waves, and a pen. Took compass keyring.

cheers

Nice stroll. No one about on a nice sunny sunday morning. TNLN.

Found it the second time around. We bush bashed and then realised that we took the wrong path.

The creek further down is rather nice, but it wasn't pleasant finding out the water i had been slipping and sliding through came from a storm water drain!

28-Jul-06
Found it. There's a nice pool underneath. Took golf ball, left chopsticks and wasabi.

Also took Bearly A Minstrel TB.

16-Jul-06
Found this after a short walk. Took nothing, left nothing. Wrote in log book.

13-Jul-06
Found this with penguinbob and colleagues in our lunch break.

A nice area of bush, some unexpected plants here, with good bike tracks.
