What a fantastic tree! Due to the mysterious absence of our pen we werent able to write in the log but have taken a photo of the found cache it the CO requests. TFTC! 

Located the cache and then realised wheres our pen. Gone from my pockets and not with kiwitrecker1. Fortunately, the cache had its own scribble stick - phew! TFTC! 

Neat tree! Another photo of the cache and log at GZ due to the missing pen issue. Got to the top of the hill way quicker than I thought it might take, living the wander! 

Wandered down the track to this location, quite neat to see the old style of concrete fence post. We mislaid our pen but I have a photo of the cache and log at GZ if the CO requests. TFTC! 

We were hoping that the original scribble stick might have still been in residence given our lack of one. It must of popped out so I took a photo of the cache and log at GZ if the CO requests. Now for a bit of uphill! 

Located the cache easily enough but like others the date permutations werent opening the lock. Fortunately a shake and bend of the lid was enough for the log to drop out for signing. TFTC! 

Had great fun going down the hillside and then scouring the area for this one. Was originally in the wrong spot but after a while my gps seemed to point 3-5m away. Soon after the cache was happily found. Great location, thanks for placing a cache here! 

Our last day in Sydney so we had fun exploring some iconic locations and completing some caches. Got stopped a number of times by a guy seeking coins, guess he had a short memory. Had to stare at the departure board a while as we werent 100% as to which lines were what but we got there in the end!TFTC!

Thanks for placing a cache at this location, kiwitrecker1 and I are visiting the country and grabbing a few caches while here. Not much in the way of surf today but certainly still quite a few muggles about! 

After a nice gelato and a rest in the shade kiwitrecker1 and I proceeded to find this cache. The beach looked absolutely stunning today. Located the cache after enjoying the beach for a bit. TFTC! 

After wandering through the nature reserve and admiring the lizards and birds kiwitrecker1 and I crossed back over to the inland side to grab this cache..and a bit of shade, loving the heat but looking forward to some shade too! TFTC! 

What great facilities! Not too many muggles to avoid on a Sunday morning which made for a quick grab. TFTC! 

Stopped by this aircraft on my way through to catch a flight from Palmerston North. Great to read about how it came to be here. Its a great feature! TFTC 

Located cache, no lid but log was dry in the plastic bag inside. Had a chuckle at the cache name and location, well done - TFTC! 

Access is no doubt a little more challenging after the 2023 storms but Im pleased to say that I had a crack at this one today and successfully located the cache! Log signed and now to (rather jubilantly) find my way back to the car. Total favourite! TFTC! 

I enjoyed the way this one was set away from the main track. Cache is pretty good shape but does need a replacement o ring to prevent moisture getting in (waterproof log so no a big problem) and a replacement key ring part as the salt air is taking its toll on the current on. Great fun - thanks! 

Fantastic to be out and about in this setting today, blue skies to top it off- absolute bonus! Cache located, no problems at all. TFTC! 

Just enough time to duck in and grab the cache before the rain really sets in. Visibility is limited today but I can tell its a great location for views over Auckland. TFTC! 

Found on todays cycling jaunt. TFTC! 

Took a while before the cycle highway was clear but eventually space came. I went down the swale drain, kiwitrecker1 took the other side of the bridge. One of us was right. TFTC 

The day is warming up so the swimming hole is looking inviting! TFTC! 

Slightly more than the reach and grab I thought it might be but all good. TFTC! 

We passed some kids fishing for eels a little further back on the trail, this looks like a good spot to try too. Great cache, thanks for placing it! 

Found this one after taking a break at the nearby cheese cafe (its a nice place by the way). Log happily signed, and off we rode again.

Found the cache and then had a read of the signage. Noisey cows in the paddock today. Very talkative!

Quite the spider web protecting this one today. Oh well, no other way than to dive in hand first. Cache signed soon after that fun experience!

Located while cycling the trail, log is getting towards full. TFTC, enjoying the trail! 

Spent a while looking but G-2 must have done too clever a hide for me today. Decided to keep moving as only a limited time to spend in the area 

After knocking of some of the caches in the more urban part of town kiwitreker1 and I headed across the the wetland path on our bikes. Located the cache, answered an AdLab and then headed down the track. TFTC! 

Took a wee while for us to locate, mainly due to focussing on the wrong thing. Got there in the end. TFTC! 

Fortunately this one didnt take too long in the pouring rain today - a great feature to place a cache at! TFTC! 

A quick grab once passing vehicles had cleared. TFTC! 

This took a little bit of searching for with kiwitrecker1 focussing on the upper areas and I the ones from below. I figure red I was in the right area but where? Eventually realised there was one place not yet checked. Yep, that was GZ. Lost if fun, great location - TFTC! 

I was just about to call off the search after 292A s of hunting. One last check before I left, is that, could that be it.yes, yes, yes!!! 

It took a bit of searching to find this one we kiwitrecker1 and I eventually got there. Thanks for the information associated with the nesting gulls!

Running the risk of missing the last ferry off the island but given it sounded like a quick drive by I figured this one could be squeezed in. Cache located quickly so thats all good, now to see if my time calculations are just as good for the trip back to the city

Missed it on the first search so a wider search commenced. Kiwitrecker1 returned to where Id search and guess what? Must use my eyes! 

Happily found this one, log is a bit damp. Laughed about starting a story around bison on the island. TFTC!
