A quick find, was good to break up the walk with "photo" stops!

Considering the works going on here the find was all good! Filled up our water bottles and pleasantly surprised to find the water taste like nothing at all. Is this how water is supposed to taste!? Cheers

Found the wrong carpark but nevermind, it was a nice we walk and a well hid cache. Would love to do the whole walk one day when we are back in Wanaka
No problems here. Had to drive up the road to see the mill, a sad state. Definitely more can be done here but interesting history all the same

That is the perfect colour camo. Well done! Much more a gray river today than turquoise. The other people's guide said the river on Saturday was 5m below the bridge. Nuts.
No such luck here either. The wind was absolutely HOWLING across the bridge.
No luck on this one. However we were keen to keep moving on this chilly day!

A great place to stop on the way through to the pass. A pity the donut caravan wasn't open !
Found this on a soggy day. We were trying to drive from Methven to Arthur's pass but due to all the road closures the adventure brought us here. Time for a coffee!
Found during an impromptu stop in Rakaia after all the road closures today out of methven to Arthur's Pass. Nevermind. Salmon unlocked

After looking at the wrong tree, we could see it in the other tree nearby in full view a good excuse for a cache, the nearby swimmers none the wiser.

We were just about to give up as it wasn't in the obvious place. However lucypear found it in the second obvious place, and once we signed and placed back, realised you could see it about from three different views. Great hide

Not a bad find once we found the correct hint item thanks for the cache. We finished the Cambridge adventure lab at the lake, decided to go for a walk around the lake, then decided to do these caches. A fun wee adventure.

Lucypear found it laying in the leaves below, the log book well eaten by bugs. Placed back, however unsignable and without a lid.

A nice challenging walk up to the cache for an unfit person. And such a windy day! Found this one with lucypear and realised I dropped the ball by leaving the pen in the car. Oops. Feel free to delete. Photo as proof (no spoiler).

Found on a return walk through the tunnel (the old one! ) great excuse to watch trains
Saw this one from the path but it's all good! Good to see some of the railway history as a train driver.
After no such luck with the other two trads here around the path, I'm glad we found this one straight away! Lucypear made the find.

We had a poke around and couldn't see anything. Went back to the car and saw the hint colours... Bingo! Such a great cache, always wanted to do a tree climbing one. With an added field puzzle. Love it!
After grabbing a coffee from the container, we had a quick look here. Admittedly not too deeply. Probably still here ️
