So fun picking these up as first caches in Kansas!!

we had the privilege of visiting Sydney for the first time on at the end of our down under holidays!! We spent time on Bondi Beach on Jan 5th using the hop on hop off bus.
Answers were sent and approved!! Logging the date we visited the beach.

What a beautiful beach and the sand was amazing!!

To the land down under. Right outside our hotel..this one took us searching twice to find...once found we laughed how close we were the first time.

Interesting how many people come here to try to leap from rock to rock!

Snagged a penguin to take back to California with us!!!

So excited to stand for the first time in front of the Sydney Opera house!! Great way to start off 2020!! We first took in the Storytime Nutcracker show with our kids followed by a guided tour of this beautiful facility.

During the tour, we jotted down answers to this geocache...answers were sent on Jan 10, after we got home and recovered from our travels. Was given go ahead by the cache owner to post!!

So glad to have touched this iconic building!!!

 

Only had a couple minutes to look while on a walking tour with a guide. Beautiful area!! 

Well we saw the columns....but before we got a chance to look..one of the kids decided to fall into the pool of water...guess have to try next time. 

Right after logging we found it the cache...we did spot a couple platypus!! Two in the river right on bridge!! Lots of bubble trails too!! 

Absolutely beautiful day walking in the Fern Glade Reserve. No platypus...but saw Tawny Frog Mouths!! Had a few minutes until bus came and picked up a geocache on the north shore of Tasmania. 

We stopped here for about 5 mins while riding on the Burnie Attraction bus...no time and with too many people to go searching but what a lovely view and saw the monument. Just in town for the day off the ship!! 

Excellent hide!! Kicking off 2020 on our first time to Tasmania with a bang!!! Thank you for the find!!

What a beautiful sound after a rolling night sailing on our cruise ship. We had mix of sun and clouds and the rain night before resulted in wonderful waterfalls!!! Saw this one after Dusky Sound. On our way to Milford.
 

Cruising the Fjordlands today and sailed into our thrid sound on the ride today!! Milford Sound was just beautiful from our ship Noordam!! 

What a grand view!!!! 

Today as we adventures off the Noordam Ship visited this lovely train Station in Dunedin!! 

Great cache. Had to be stealthy. Fun find while off the Noordam Ship today!! 

Found it with a little help from the Kayak rental person!! Was empty. Placed new log into container. 

Well the four of us spent a good amount of time looking under several logs and came up empty handed. Also searching with another geocacher. But bummer no luck.

But the moment was a nice spot!! 

Nice spot in a quiet place to listen to the birds!! Left couple of monkeys in honor of my two little monkeys.

Great find for Christmas Eve in Wellington on our Holiday Cruise Down Under!! Left a little monkey behind in this wonderful city.

First find in New Zealand on our First time down under Holiday trip!!

Great cache with a view!! Left Donnie who was picked up from an incredible view in Norther CA Sierra mountains. Seemed a fitting spot to leave him for his continued journeys!!
