We previously had found the Grotto #1 cache and thought we would return to complete the series. #2 was not to far away from the first and without much trouble we had secured the cache.

We set off for a afternoon cache. It was extremely hot weather so we were glad to be close to the ocean. It took us a while to get to the GZ as we made our way around the headland instaed of over it. Once we got there it was worth it. Excellent view, nice breeze what more can you ask for. We found the cache easily and it was in good condition. TFTC.

This was the first cache on our sunday cache. On the way to the GZ there was a lot of bird activity flying around and making a a heck of a raquet. Once at the GZ it was not long until we spotted the cache. After this we decided to head town to the beach and check out the surf. After trying to catch a few sand crabs we headed back to the car. There were a lot of muggles in the area but we managed to go undetected. TFTC.

Wow this one took us ages. We looked and looked and 30 mins later just as we were about to give up Bingo. Again an excellent view. One thing i noted was the container was cracked.

Our geogroup parked at the golf course boundry fence and made our way along the northern fence line. We had to be careful of any stray golf balls flying our way. We made it to where we thought the GZ was but had to take cover from golfers teeing off. After some eventful geocaching we were at the GZ. All members of the group dispersed to have a shot at finding the cache. In the end we found it right under our nose. Thanks for bringing us to a beautiful spot.

This was our second cache for the day and what a lovely spot it was.The view was worth the effort. Just a short walk from the car we arrived at the edge of the cliff face. The boys of Neznokhunters and myself stayed up top whilst the females accompanied by the Reklaw Buccaneers, headed down to the base of the cliff. After a bit of investigation the cache was found. Cache was in good repair and hidden well. TFTC

third and final for the day. Well we started off on the wrong foot walking about 2km in the wrong direction. Once we realised this we headed back on a trek that seemed like it took eternity. Along the way we bumped into an echidna (not literally) which was cool. Once at the GZ we headed through the tunnel of doom for a look. After taking some time to think we located the cache and all i can say is what a view. Great location. TFTC

First for the day and unfortunately we came up empty handed. We searched high and low for at least 30 mins to no avail. But not all was lost. The views from the GZ were worth the effort. Hopefully we will have better luck next time.

Got this one just in time before the rain. Saw a few climbers as we passed by. Once at the GZ i was following the clue which didn't help me very much. In the end we found it. Nice hide in a excellent location. TFTC

Second for the day and unfortunately we came up empty handed. We looked on, around and under the bridge with no luck. Plenty of muggles which made it tricky. There is always next time.
Fifth for the day. Started off on the wrong foot getting lost and marching through long grass where we saw a descent sized red belly black snake. Lets get out of here... We had a rethink and made our way to the GZ. We had cow spectating as we looked around for the cache. After a little searching we found it. Excellent hide and nice location. TFTC

Thrid for the day. What an interesting location. Being locals it is amazing some of the places we don't know about. Easy find but we did have to watch out for the attack of the ticks. TFTC

Last cache for the day. After a short walk from the parking bay we made short work of finding the cache. TFTC
On the way home from a long days caching we stopped to find our sixth cache for the day. Didn't take long to find although we had to avoid mugglers. Excellent hide. TFTC
Third cache of the day. After having some lunch we set off into the scrub. After climbing for a few minutes the gps indicated we were not too far away but after making an executive decision we carried on further up into the rocks. We ended up circling the GZ and had to scale down rocks and fight our way through the latana and eventually we found the cache. Excellent location TFTC.

First cache of the day. Just a short walk from the car park we encountered some challenging terrain as we made our way to the GZ. After using the alternative co-ordinates we were near the location. We had a hunch that we checked out and what do you know there it was. Excellent hide. TFTC
