New write in the rain log - thanks to the workman that saved the cache - paper behind card note

Well I was beyond fashionably late for this one but the CO was very kind and let me log it as a find as I caught up with them at a nearby restaurant to hand over a Carefree Geocaching NZ pathtag I brought to work for the occasion. It was fun to spend half an hour having a quick catch up over a cola.

This is very close to work so I will try and pop down and say hello. No trackables these days but if I remember i will try to remember to bring my pathtags.

This is most likely missing and I don't have reason to come to Dargaville now. Freeing up the spot.
Sounds like this is missing so freeing up the spot for others. Thanks to everyone who found the cache.

A cacher, Angelorum, has chosen to "dump" a large number of trackables, that presumably they have stolen and kept for themselves for pathetic reasons known only to them. Please don't visit expecting to find a bunch of trackables.

I don't drink alcohol anymore but I will try and come since this is pretty close to my house.

What a great idea for a geocache and nicely designed and made- this one is well worth putting on your list of best caches. Love your work! Thanks for the cache and hope that you are well wherever you are! Happy lunar new year!

Not sure that would be my first pick for a place to go after dark in Auckland - good luck!

I saw this one come out and had a couple of meetings to go to but once I took a look, I had a chuckle as I had a cache container I put out not more than 10m from this final and never got around to publishing after I quit cache hiding. So I thought I might as well go and have a look and collect my geolitter from a year or so ago.Lovely day and despite being nearly run over by a car who looked like a mob accountant from central casting, enjoyed the walk which to be fair is not more than about 300-400m from my office.Quick and easy find and I remembered the Yugeo4 cache that used to be here. Thanks for the cache - [FTF] at 1.54pm on 19/12/2023. Merry Christmas to just about every geocacher but especially Georick.Nearly forgot - I did pick up my painted mint tin and it was still there where I hid it which is nice. Who knows, maybe one of these days I'll touch it up and put it out somewhere.

First cache for a while - I was finishing up a D&D session last night when I saw this come through. Had it solved in a minute or two but didn't fancy the location at midnight - not when it's nice in the day time.Today we were doing some shopping and were brought just a couple of hundred metres from the final so while Mrs Tuolei did some shopping I made the quick walk and had a hunt. Just a minute or two and then found the nice container - haven't seen one of these before. Thanks for the nice and easy puzzle to solve and for bringing me to the lovely location - so nice now that the Summer weather is here.

Writing a note in case I am ever in the area.[tuolei](https://www.geocaching.com/profile/?u=tuolei) has used [Project-GC](https://project-gc.com/Challenges/GCAFZEK/82961 "Project-GC Challenge Checker") to see if they qualified for this challenge and they did.I found the sum of 6357 FP on 86 caches and I needed 3000 of FP (just leaving in enough so that I am sure there are 3k worth without having to count them up). It's a while since I looked at this one - as far as I can tell, it looks like the Android version of the MetaverseAR app is offline at the moment. I can see the Apple iOS one still works (not that that helps the previouis poster). While Goecaching HQ continues to allow these caches to be live (I assume they've decided Adventure Labs are the replacement), I'll try and keep this one going as I understand no more of this type are allowed to be created like this.Metaverse AR is no longer a supported app which makes maintenance difficult. The app still seems to work for me though, but I can't seem to access the old experience manager to maintain it.

A new container is in place and ready to be found- thanks for the patience.

It's the rules of Geocaching Tours - cache owners don't have control over this process. If you have a problem with it, I suggest you direct it at Geocaching HQ, not the archived cache page as I'm the only person that sees that.

Apologies - cache replacement is in the car - will pop in next time I go past.

Finally got around to coming to get this one even though it is close to my office. I saw it straight away just from practice and the excellent hint but without spoilers it really matches its surroundings- that must have been very tricky to do. Thanks for the cache and giving me a good reason to go for a quick walk around my area- much appreciated.

I was at a conference nearby and while I rarely cache these days, this was down the road and a lunch time walk to shake off the cobwebs seemed like a good idea, and doubly so given the paucity of sunshine Auckland has had this year and what little we'd had I was squandering listening to powerpoint presentations.
Made the 200 or so metre walk and sure enough found the cache after a very quick search. The log took much longer to extract as they do from these caches when one is inadequately prepared.
I couldn't say with absolute certainty but close to it, that I feel that this hide is not what the CO intended and is almost certainly a drop in by someone that came to find out. A tourist perhaps. The spot is fantastic as always and well worth the walk regardless.
Thanks for the cache. Just a note that the magnet doesn't work so the cache is "resting" rather than "sticking". If one of Gabrielle's sisters visits, the cache may well make a run for it.

Replaced with the owner’s permission.
Completed the requirements for this one quite some time ago. Did come and try to find this one a while ago and it must have been missing by then, or at least that is what I tell myself.
Hoping to get it when someone more eagle eyed than me (low bar) but in the end I saw that this had been disabled and decided if it's to be, it has to be me.
It helps that, without giving anything away I hope that the hiding place for this is a regular spot en route of the weekend walking circuit for Albert and Harry, and it really is a lovely place to visit, deserving a special cache like this.
The effort going into making this cache multi must have been, to steal a term from one of your other cache series, monumental. They don't make 'em like this any more!
Thanks for the cache!

Thanks it was nice to meet you and put a face to the name. Lovely weather and a nice chat. Don’t forget to hit me up for my pathtag for my virtual if you get around to logging it. Safe travels for the rest of your holiday.

Do you want some cheese with that whine you big baby? Scummy, nasty logs and messages like this are why I don't cache anymore.
A kind geocacher confirms that this is still there so I am enabling it again.

I work two buildings over so if I am not needed in a meeting I will pop down and say hello.

It shouldn't be hard to find - stolen maybe - disabling until I get a chance to check it.

I saw the note about driving to the summit - since I'm fairly local, just a note there is no parking at the summit - you need to walk to the summit. The closest parking is at: -36.904428, 174.780233 or -36.902335, 174.778988.
At that time of day you should be fine, but it can fill fairly quickly at peak times.
It's not a bad walk but I wouldn't do it myself these days as one of my dogs is too old to want to do the hill.

This is just down the road from me as it's our local shops but haven't got around for this one until today when Mrs Tuolei was getting a haircut here. After going to do some maintenance on a cache of mine nearby I whipped around the stops here - very familiar with the locations so no worries getting this sorted and then off to the final. Found the cache in the second place that I looked. All good here. FP for shing a light on what is an excellent place to visit for something yummy to eat. Thanks for placing this geocache - happy new year! Or should I say - 新年快乐!
