One of the pinguins stayed home from school, so we could see him in his(home) hole in the middle of the day. Great place!

On our way to Dunedin to find and see the albatrosses. It rained like in hell literally ALL day. I made a swim to the cache location and returned totally wet. It took the rest of the day to get dry again.

We liked our visit to Wanaka a lot. Wondering how they color the lakes so blue!? Found this cache while walking to the winery. Tasting room was already closed. Bad luck.

Driving the west coast was gorgeous and Punakaiki the ideal stop for the night.

We didn't have sufficient time to do the full crossing, too bad! Still we enjoyed this wonderful place although the vulcano stayed hidden in the clouds. Nice and relaxing place. We almost eated all the panda food and disturbed the ducks in their daily life..... but couldn't locate this cache. Disappointing.
