Easy find 

Found it ok but new growth in vegetation makes it difficult to reach. 

We spent the night here in our campervan, and decided to check for caches before we left. According to our GPS this one was 167 feet from where we had camped.

While searching for the cache we met our first fellow cacher. St Someone. I am terrible with names.

We found ourselves parked in Clive Square, so we had a look and found this very quickly.

Certainly, the square is nice. But we coudn't find anything naughty. Perhaps we should come back after dark.

The count has spent a couple of days with us in our camper van. Most of the time at a quiet camp ground at Pahiatia.

Today we took him to Aqua Vista in Napier.
We became interested in the Aqua Vista cache because the owner of that cache, Rugby_HB scoffed some of our butterscotches at Mt Dick.

The count seemed happy enough when we left him, but later, on examining one of the photos I took, I noticed something sinister in the shadows.

This is to introduce Crispy.
He is an Aussie.
He is quite a nice fellow until you get to know him.
He wants to hitch a ride to USA because he wants to joint the Confederate Airforce and then find the original "House of The Rising Sun".

Always intended to check out Waiohine Gorge, but never got round to it. Well worth the drive.

PS: Crispy refused to stay here. Said he got all dressed up for Christmas, with Santa Hat and all, only to spend Xmas in the wilderness on Mt Dick, and he was not going to miss out on the fun at New Year as well. 

First attempt - success!
GPS is in laptop - so was able to pay Mystery CD.
Mystery solved. Video clips of helicopter aerobics.
Added new mystery file to CD.
Took keyring - left mosquito coil.

Crispy not happy about spending Xmas in the rain and the cold and the wind at Mt Dick. He wants to go to Mexico and then Texas, where he wants to join the Confederate Air Force, where everyone has the rank of Colonel. Anyway, he has decided ro ride along with us for a while.

Widgey used the pencil sharpener on her makeup pencils, so it is a bit of a mess now.
