Sadly my last cache disappeared into the pruning shears of the gardeners. A new cache has been placed. Please be extra careful to replace cache as found or it will be easily spotted by Muggles. Have fun

Hoping to replace this next weekend. Such a shame to lose the great camo container we had here. Looking for an alternative. 

Hi all, landscaping in the area has finished and we will be replacing the Cook sentry. Awaiting one final part via mail but should be back up in a few days. 

Tftc and apologies for the late logging. We visited QLD during the school holidays and then Pokemon Go took over our lives for awhile. Geocaching will always remain our treasure hunt though. 

Now that the main trees and bushes have been removed we are looking at options.

OMG the cachers hall of shame is where I deserve to go after this one! My thinking initially went to a similar time cache we have at home and geokids and I scrambled around. Well that was fun but not going in that water ewwww. Then read a few logs and had the aha moment we should have had at the start. Of course then we started side to side like others but let's just say we could have been much smarter. When the idea and cache popped up we all collectively groaned. This took so much longer than necessary. Love the execution here as we have seen these before just not as solidly constructed.
All was not lost with the timing though as geoson got extra balls and eggs from the nearby Pokestop and also got lots of steps in to get hatchlings. If you struggle to get your kids enthused for caching get them doing PokemonGo at the same time and you are away. TFTC 

TFTC nice walk and great to find another Mtbikeroz cache. All the way from
Canberra to get it. 

Another local green area with lots of local kids hanging around doing PokemonGo. Cache is in good condition. Encountered the local spider population but nothing a squeal couldn't fix. Lucky it was me and not the kids! TFTC

Thank goodness for Dads who come for the ride. We needed some height for this one. Great urban hide after lunch at nearby club. TFTC 

Do not read the hint! Cache was where we expected. Log is very wet and soggy. Sorry we didn't have a spare zip lock bag. Found by geodad who may now get more interested. TFTC

Quick find with Skylight9 thankfully. Neat hide but not sure about legality or hanging around in current environment. TFTC

Ok second challenge for the day. I'm a little dirty now but feeling energised. No big spiders today! Used nearby tools to help retrieve cache. Not sure who left the screw driver nearby but a stick does just as well. TFTC 

OMG lucky for me I just completed the Magic Mountain Tree climb challenge! I am no monkey and didn't bring the geokids. Must have looked quite a sight for someone my size and age doing what I had to do to grab the cache. Thanks for the fun

Owner maintenance replaced cache and left path tags and tb

Major works occurring in this area. I called by to retrieve the cache. Workers had located it and moved it to a new location but sadly it has now gone. Will wait until all the ground work is complete before replacing as it is too dangerous at present. 

Maintenance check cache is good to go 

New log book in place as we needed to get a new cache number. 

Yet again school holidays have cost us the cache. Be back up soon.

Sad to see this archived. Whilst I haven't got out that way for maintenance the locals across the road keep an eye on the cache so I'm certain it's still there 

Last cacher was a novice. Cache is firmly in place

Thanks for your patience all. There has been ongoing extensive landscaping in the area of this cache. We do intend to replace but rather than lose more containers in the rebuild we will wait until finished. Be back on line soon.

Surprised this one is reported missing as nearby locals keep an eye out for cachers. Will try and get out to search or replace soon. 

Due to ongoing landscaping works will need to wait a few weeks before replacing this one. 

Have had reports this cache is missing. Will attempt to get there and check when weather improves. Thanks Cankid for letting me know.
