Logs for Dusty Jeep

11-Aug-12
Nice group of boulders.

Some nice buildings dotted around Cuballing.

Found it no worries.

What a fantastic location buried in the bush.

We returned and found the cache in a very nice patch of bush. The cache was in the open.

Very nice place. Loved the trade rocks but left them for someone else. It is worth noting two things though (1) without giving anything away, in winter this is not a cache for the elderly or anyone with a disability, and (2) don't try for this cache after any reasonable amount of rain..... the river rages through there at times. In summer it will be an easy find.

Wouldn't ya know it - ran out of batteries 450 metres from the cache! We will return!

Lovely spot with some interesting info signs - thanks.

Took a while but found it ok. Cheers.

We followed the old railway line to get to this one - a totally unnecessary drive on a rather bumpy road. Interesting though. The rail lines have been pulled up where the cache is but most of the line is intact.

Nice spot - thanks.

Of all the caches to chase after a three course meal and wine at Millbrook. Too far to walk on a full stomach and no sign of the chache at the location. Lovely bush and creek though.

This was some solace after THAT other cache. Nice spot.

Nice cache - thanks.

Interesting spot - thanks!

Great view. Heard a very strange of bird call right at the cache site.

Nice view of the surrounding bush. Lovely hakeas in flower along the track.

Great drive - just rough and long enough to make it feel a real adventure. This cache is far enough into the bush to warrant doing a track back on your GPS - we got a little bushed getting back to the car. Love the railway sign in the middle of nowhere.

What a great spot. I like the state of decay it is in with all the old wood railings.... slowly decaying to nothing.

Great site - thanks for directing me to it.

I too wish I had read the comments - nothing there.

We were a bit reluctant to remove all those caps given the tower isn't public property. This cache is not in a public access site.

Nice easy cache. It is a bit damp inside.

20-May-12
Lovely big river pool with lots of wildlife.

A strange landscape.... very interesting place in a bleak sort of way.

Easy find but it took ages to roll the log paper back up.

Not the most inspiring location but any find is a good find.

Dammit, I didn't read the logs and its been moved. I knew there was nothing under that bath. I will modify the coordinates and have another look.

Took a bit of searching but found it. Nice walk to top of the rock. There were some campers braved the rain.

We must have looked at the cache several times before actually seeing it. Thanks.

At an old school site. Thanks.

29-Apr-12
Easy find. Cache lid was open but nothing was missing.

What a lovely little church. I was surprised to be able to go inside and have a look. Left nothing in the cache but a donation in the church. Thanks.

Nice drive in the rain. Got wet but it was worth it. Its a pity the bridge got burned down.

Easy find in a nice park. Thanks.

Nice stopping place... thanks.

Very small ruins. I wonder what is was??

19-Apr-12
Found it! I didn't realise just how small this nano would be. This cache is just down the road from me. The statue is by Len Zuks BTW. He has other statues in Boddington.

I live close to this place and have never stopped to read the plaque. Thanks so much for giving me a reason to stop.

16-Apr-12
Nice place. The contents of the cache are pretty damp... must be a leak. Thanks.

Drove about a bit to find this one. turns out I had been there before as it is part of the Ochre Walk. Got to pat an echidna. Thanks.

So tiny! Nice stop on the way to the woolshed for coffee..... I forgot my wallet.... bugga. Thanks.

15-Apr-12
A nice stop on the way to Dryandra. Thanks.

Finding the cache was not nearly as difficult as finding the campsite. Don't try to follow the signage to LOL Gray Soak.... it will take you on a magical mystery tour. Great place. I live near there and have never visited. Thanks!

Our first find! Signed the log. Thanks.

Found it in about 10 minutes. Nice old graves. Thanks!

Our first day geocaching. We found a few but this one had us stumped. Anyhow, I have driven past this spot so many times so it was great to stop and have a read. Thanks!

BTW - feel free to pm me a hint anyone!

Tricked by Trigger! I suspect this should have been easy but had us scratching heads. Thanks.
