After unsucessfully looking for the road as described in the clue we selected low range 1st gear and went for it. Found the clue and the cache easily enough. Miss 8 very proud of herself. To help the shipwreck feel more at home even though far from water we left a shell from the beaches of Streaky Bay S.A. Took: magnetic game. 

On reading all the past logs they all comment on a 'short scramble' through the bush. We must have attempted this the same way as swampgecko. Parked beside the road Dad Mum & 3 Jnrs made our own way straight up through the undergrowth!!!! By the time we got to the top we had just missed the sunset but the views were still fantastic.


Note: Upon locating the cache we noticed the trees have been recently damaged in the immediate vecinity of GZ. Possibly to mark its location ???????
 

felt like a little drive so came to explore Blayney. drove straight to it jnr Turkies had a little explore when jnr Turkie master four said I've found it! Left a shell from Streaky Bay S.A. and a hilti wall anchor took Cody The Bear travel bug Decided he was hungry so we took him for a steak at the Forest Reef Tavern on our way home. 

What a spot, love NSW love Australia!! We were all scrambling around when once again Master Four said I've got it! much to his sisters disapointment. 

We have driven past this spot numerous times looked at the battery stamper but never ventured to much further. What an intresting spot. Found by Miss Five with great delight. 

Again a great hide lots of fun looking for it.Master Turkie with GPS in hand standing on a rock said "It must be around here somewhere under a rock, keep looking" as Master Four at his feet said "Dad is this it." 

Have headed out for an overnight Geocache trip, have found a few today.It is now dark as we head along the Bridal Track.Miss eight found it with great excitment by torch light.Decided to set up camp beside the river for the night. 

What a great hide. We know the area well and we called in just on dark and thought we knew where it would be but our GPS was directing us else where. After making sure we had the right co ordinates we had to believe in our GPS and just look outside the probable!!! 

we attempted this one without a GPS and after 1/2 hour searching we presumed we were in the wrong spot. Called back in on the 21 after a little thinking and blow us down with a feather the first we prized open there it was. A very excited master four. 

nice little hide interesting walk around the park and reading the plaques with ANZAC comming up.

Spent a good hour we believe we are close but just couldn't locate it jnr Turkies were very excited when the XPT went under the bridge. BUT did find numerous syringes - be careful. Will ponder this one and return.

WELL THIS WAS AN INTRESTING SEARCH. OUR 3 JNR TURKIES HAD A LESSON ON DRUGS AND TO ALWAYS USE A STICK TO LOOK IN HOLES.COULDN'T FIND AFTER 20MIN AND DECIDED WE HAD SEEN TOOOOOO MANY NEEDLES SO WE LEFT.

miss 8 found it easily under the watch full eye of the cameras !!!!TFTH 

Bluffed the better half into letting Me search the Goldfields and enjoy a cool treat whilst checking out the "Pokies" as per the clue. My 5 year old daughter found the cache checking out her idea if "pockie"!! Thanks for the family fun.
