During our journey through South Island we went to Mt. Cook National Park also.
It is a very spectacular place and after a while the Mt. Cook it self was visible.

This cache was on the edge of the path back to the pass direction Cordrona. Unfortunately, the Bunkhouse for us remained closed, some photos brought no light into the darkness.

This cache was on the edge of the path back to the pass direction Cordrona. The switchbacks led us again and again to the most glorious view of the valley.

During our stay in Queenstown we visited the Queenstown Gardens also. [^]
The old steamer just came back into the harbor, it was because of its plume of smoke also not be overlooked. When the smoke had cleared, we also discovered the rock. [:o)]
All answers could be found, additional we discovered a new kind of sport, FrisbeeGolf.

First, we admired the old steamer, who just returned to port. Then we admired the Frisbee players and on the edge of the fairway, we also found the cache.

Today, a trip to the South Cape was on the program, this cache one of our goals. Also stormy wind and heavy rain could not deter the cache box to find and enter us into the logbook us. [^]

After the northernmost cache we found now the southernmost. What a pleasure.

During our New Zealand vacation we visited the South Island also, Bluff was our southernmost point and the counterpart of Cape Reinga on Norther Island. This EC was a need for us, thanks for that thou hast brought us here.
So we found this EC, but the questions are not so easy to answer. We sent answers to owner and permission to log retrieved. Thanks!

Returning from Milford Sound we had enough time to stop an walk to the cache, what a brilliant walk in. This was undoubtedly an adequate supplement to Milford Sound experience.

During our journey through the South Island we stopped at the Mirror Lake also, it was very interesting and we tuck any photos.
Unfortunately the one photo with GPS in my hand could be a spoiler, so we will attache a photo of the lake (look below).

During our journey through South Island the Milford Sound was a need, and so we stopped at "The Chasm" also.
It is a very spectacular place on the bridge, and as we come back to the park area two KAKAs welcome us.

Today we went over the mountain pass towards Queenstown, also the places occurring dense fog did not stop us, the caches to look at the roadside and logging.
Fortunately for us, the owners of the Cardrona Hotel are informed so that our search is not great a stir. Still, it was hard to end finish the logbook.

"All roads lead to Rome.", so we didn't get the easiest route to Tobi's home. While the coords jump off we had to search for a while, but succeeded and logged the cache. [^]

On this glorious sunny day we had a one day stay at beautiful lake Wanaka.
For swimming it was too cold for us, as we explored the area and found among other things, this cache.

The Thunder Creek Falls was one of our stops, during our journey along the West Cost. Although a lot of bus tourist just arrived, we were able to make the trek and find all needed answers.
Now we are back in Germany and sent our answers to owner's questions to get log permission.

During our tour along the west coast, we have inserted several stops to explore the history of jade.
This was very interesting and entertaining, so we were amazed at the many many different designs of jade and what was done artistically it.

We wish to thank the owner of this cache for the suggestion to deal with the issue of Jade and assign a FP.

The Franz Josef Glacier was a need for us, during our journey along the West Cost. Although it was late, we were able to make the trek to the glacier with stable weather.
