I am devastated to see that this cache disappeared after I found it. I had placed my first trackable (Aussie Track-A-Bear) and first pathtag (Jeremiah Bullfrog) in this cache and thought I had suitably re-camouflaged the cache but perhaps I was too obvious. I also pinched a nerve in my back and thus learned many valuable lessons from my expedition using public transport and walking from Mawson Lakes through to Grange by myself carrying ridiculous amounts of gear improperly.

Beautiful glorious day for exploring the beach before heralding in the year 2013. TFTC. Very nicely done.

Quite a lot of camo covering this non watertight container. No GC number or name or GC note or snap lock bag. Contents: muddy water, muddy smiley badge, muddy strip of snap lock bag plastic join (without bag), damp printed log note with no date or GC ID with stamp 'Found by Firesafe' with no date, muddy laminated card with date 16.6.12. Replaced cache with less natural camo so no longer buried but quickly losing sunlight, trying to get back to Riverland. Sorry, couldn't dry contents or do any maintenance. TFTC.

Seemed a waste to run all the way from the North East, across the river and out to Athelstone for a get-together, and back again, without going a few extra kms to get to a cache. Nice creek location. TFTC.

Found with monkey_snot_gobblez while waiting for the bus after preparation workshop for Easter Venture 2013 - Game On!. Great free outdoor fitness equipment. Wish there were more around Adelaide.

Midday Saturday requires a fair bit of stealth. Roughly 100 people on the Surf Life Saving lawns and at least two guys on the balcony above. Maybe it helped that I was carrying a large bag, laptop bag and backpack along with my normal shoulder bag so I could drop them at the cache, photograph the purple flowers, deposit The Aussie Track-a-Bear, sign the log, do some arm stretches and pick up the bags again. TFTC.
Still learning to use my phone to log caches. Date didn't save. DNF was 20/9/12 and found a week later on 27/9/12. I'll try to edit/fix on computer.

Sorry about being so low on supplies of cool trinkets Took magnetic motorbike. Left temporary everyday rewards card.
A nice little cache near a nice little campsite. Took nothing. Left a clip.
An old fashioned search around the area helped us find this a lot easier than me trying to use the GPS on my new phone.
A beautiful little location by the river. Took Jeremiah Bullfrog Pathtag. Left $2.30 CH Adelaide Metro bus ticket.
One of the best caches I have ever had privilege to visit. So good in fact, that we almost left the area having forgotten to search for the actual cache. Great cache with plenty of cool swaps. Took Aussie Track-A-Bear. Left nothing. (Sorry.)
TNLN. Arranged the tiger and the soldier outside the cache so that I could close the container and keep the contents safe from water damage.
Looked for what seemed like a couple of hours and had to abandon the search as it got later and darker. The inside rim of the flat circular rock ledge was alarmingly delicate so take care of the natural rock, and your limbs, when walking around this area.

Huge cache! I only had a little 20 sided die to contribute. There's heaps of room for goodies and the cache is in a great location near playground and oval for kids to find treasures so I recommend bringing toys etc to fill cache. TFTC.
Found: 1 x rustic/rusty vintage tin (with detached lid) full of crumpled, signed post-it notes. Had a lot of character but maybe a fresh tin and a notebook could be added next to it for future signing?
A week later - armed with images of the cache and the clue of what someone's children were looking at thus knowledge of what we were looking for and on which level... Like so many before - "I swear I put my arm in there six times already." but never mind - we've found it now. Yahoo!

As with other caches I reached for the cache using my left arm - the one with my watch on the wrist. I have got to stop doing that! Luckily no scratches on the glass though. TFTC.
What was going to be a 10 minute walk from Main North Road to a bus stop on North East Road turned into a glorious summery Saturday afternoon admiring and photographing beautiful statues and flowers and generally wandering and pondering. I eventually remembered to start looking for the cache. TFTC!

3 of us looked on this Thursday night - arms in every hole of every level. We were feeling for a plastic film canister so it's not surprising we didn't find the tiny magnetic metal capsule.

With a new phone I thought I could attempt a multicache. The clue was found quickly and easily but I made the mistake of putting the new co-ordinates into google maps and we wasted half a day searching the carpark and behind the rowing club. When I figured out how to add a waypoint in the c:geo app I went straight to the cache. It was a learning experience! TFTC.

Without the assistance of a geodog or geokids, I had to enlist the help of a geo?scone. How long can someone sit on a gun eating a scone while mini muggles learn to catch a ball, kick a ball, ride a bike...? Finally it got too cold for the non cachers and I was able to seriously search. TFTC.
Found this cute li'l guy guarding a cache. Wasn't sure what it was but signed the log anyway. Gave me an excuse to sign up to geocaching australia.
I liked the labyrinth. When the weather is a bit warmer I'll return for a wander and a wonder. Took giraffe. Left dinosaur. TFTC.

I thought geocaching's unofficial mint sponsor would be in for a sale. I'd never bought mints before but I psyched myself up especially for this cache. Alas, the moon passed in front of the sun as I stood next to the sign so I signed and didn't buy. Awesome concept though. TFTC.

Found while waiting for a bus. I've realised I need to stop looking so hard and go for the most obvious spot first.
