Went to Aucks for a long weekend and found this great spot tucked away where I had never been having lived in Aucks for 20 years after returning for a few days. TFTC. TNLN

Went over to NZ for a weekend and decided to bring the GPS along. Incredible path in an amazing setting created by an incredible women. We actually met and spoke to Polly and found out that I was in the same class as her late daughters son. A wonderful person who has done such an amazing thing. Thanks to CheekyKea5 for leading us to this unique spot. TFTC. TNLN.

We took a weekend away to our caravan at Murray Bank and decided to search for this cache. We have been going to this spot for years and have never really explored the surrounding area of Mathoura. We wanted to move a Lewis and Clark Geocoin that we collected at the former site of the Sunbury Rock Festival and thought this was a great place to move it to. A great idea to use the local historical information as clues and despite misreading one of the numbers and being completely off we rechecked and managed to find the cache. Just one concern as it is now coming into summer we were very wary of snakes and it may pay to wear boots when searching for this one. TN left Lewis and Clark. TFTC. Eels & Turtle

Great cache and great location.. I am too young for the rock concert but my dad was around and is still talking about it!!
Took the Lewis & Clark Geocoin and will place in cache in Mathoura in NSW this weekend when we are there. Left the beanie teddy. Thanks Smile

We found this one at 12:00.. What a beautiful place... it was a fresh winters day but the sun was shining so it was the perfect place to go exploring! It's a very clever hide (one of my favourites so far!) and has given us some ideas for when we place our first cache!! I can imagine muggles would be a problem in the warmer months!
Took out - green alien finger puppet
Put in - Blue toothbrush holder

After two successful finds earlier in the day, we couldn't get this one unfortunately. There are so many leaves and what looks like fresh mulch so hopefully council workers haven't taken it. Will keep an eye on this to see if anyone else finds it and then give it another go Smile

Found this one at 13:00... Thanks for the history on this area, it was a great read. Also a great hide, loved it!!! Muggles in sight but not a problem.
Thanks, turtle&eels Smile

Found this one after finding The Timeball Tower by Robmc. Great day out and a bit of history made it all the more worth while. TFTC TNLN

TNLN..
Found on a day out in Williamstown.. Great to read the history and take in the view before putting the cache back in its spot.
Thanks!

Found this one after a weekend stay in Lorne after doing the Great Ocean Road Marathon... Great little spot and a beautiful bush walk. Coordinates were spot on!

PS: We used the last page of the log book so you will need to replace it with a new one.
Thanks for a good find Smile

We love this bridge.. Have even stopped here before when riding our bikes through Rupertswood (before we ever knew about geocaching!) so now it's even more special when we go there. TNLN.. Thanks Smile

Unfortunately we couldn't find this one.. We seemed to be in the right spot according to the GPS but we couldn't find it.. I wonder if it's still there as the last find was last May?? Anywho, it was a great (and somewhat tiring!) walk up the stairs so it was worth it anyway! Smile

Our second find for the day. GPS was right on.. loved this one. Very clever! Thanks Smile

Found at 12:30pm... This was our very first find so we were pretty excited when we found it! It took us ages though because our GPS took us about 4 metres away. It was a great hide & is cool to know it is there as we ride our bikes along the track all the time. Looking forward to more. Took nothing, left nothing.

Picked a great afternoon for this find - Good Friday - noone to be seen!! Thanks for going to the effort in making this a fun find Smile
