and noticed other's that we recognise from other kawerau GCs Found, many thanks to the clues in activity log. Contents saturated but still able to write with pen. Pencil wont work. We've replaced in same spot but slightly off the ground to try and keep it dry

We found a brown square wood piece that could conceal a log but there was no paper inside. We put it back where we found it.
Cool hide, easy find. Took a walk up the hill for another one. Will there be more in Kawerau? Like at the falls and summit of Putauaki?
Sorry I dunno how to rotate the pic but it was a really nice walk up the stairs. Log almost full and running outa space for trinkets. Great hunt, rewarding view!
