I made the ascent from Perisher Valley on foot, as the road to Charlotte Pass
was still closed on this day.
In some places there were plenty of snow.
It was worth the effort.
(Not only because of the cache.)
The views from the summit were excellent.
The terrible cold was forgotten soon.

I have been in Vanuatu for some days.
From Port Vila I have booked a package tour to see the volcano.
I was one of the most intersting volcanos I have ever seen.

Found the crater and the lava fields during my trip to the countries in South Pacific.
As I was there on Sunday parked at the fale and ascended all the way to the crater.
It is really worth to be seen.
On the way back, I met the famous craterman.

Later visited the path of devastation around the village.

Have taken a tour from HCMC (Saigon), which
was informative. It it sad, that people lead so many wars.
The object at the location was identified quickly.

As my hotel is very close to the cache, (Or was I looking for a hotel near to the cache?) I logged it today afternoon without any problems. There are tree works nearby.
This will be my only one container-based cache in Vietnam.
