A steep hill indeed, so good to find a reward at the end. TFTC 

Our #400!! Definitely worth the drive to this end of the peninsula. Seen some spectacular birds there. TFTC!! 

Lovely views from up here! There was an exiting bunch getting ready to go down the hill on their bikes... looked pretty cool! 

We didn't bring the description so weren't sure whether we were allowed to enter. But had to to get to the cache so guessed it was ok. Beautiful building. Thanks for pointing this location out. TFTC 

Visited the cache location today but no luck. Followed the hints and found the hiding place (we think). But there was no cache, just a square hole... Has it gone missing? Nevertheless, thanks for pointing out this great location. There's much information about the place at the visitor centre at the Albatross colony. 

A bit too early to spot the pinguins today, but there were some seals being lazy on the rocks nearby. Nice location and easy find. TFTC!

Nice views from the lighthouse. Took a bit of looking around for this one, but finally spotted it. Signed the log and left Glamorous Gloria TB for the next to take her further. Didn't spot any other TB's or coins in there, but maybe we overlooked them. Worth checking this out. TFTC!

We had great plans for the caches along the Tongariro Alpine Crossing today, but it was far to crowdy on this beautiful day. So this is the only physical cache we did. Took Gloria TB from the cache and will take her down south. Nice big cache, and so close to so many people. TFTC 

Not only our feet were wet when we reached the cache location, but we were soaked because of the bad weather. Luckily it turned when we arrived at the beach and could enjoy it for a little while. TFTC!

Very nice views over Auckland and surroundings here. Interesting place as well. We'd seen Mt Eden from the Skytower, and now we saw the Skytower from Mt Eden. TFTC!
