I had been to to this little gem before, but I had forgotten where it was, great to rediscover it.
A beautiful day and the park is small and very busy, i didn't dare go for it.
Thanks, Silent C

Great view, but I forgot the camera. Took a while for the gps to settle down but ,found it OK in a typical hide. There is an obvious path through the bush around the cashe.
Glad I stopped, Thanks

I think this is the date I found this one. Picked this one up on a sunny day after lunch at a friends place in Poowong.
Easy find. Great location.

I went looking for this one on a miserable night. Kind of a spooky spot after dark. It's a shame the cache is so small, as it's very full and the hiding spot could take a bigger one without too much modification.
Thanks SC

Went after this one in the dark and the rain.
I'm certain I was looking in the right location, (followed all the clues) and the tell tale signs of fellow GCers that had been there before me were quite clear, but no result.

I'm not having a good day. Another no find. I left the GPS in the car and just looked on the canon. Gave it what I thought was a good looking over, but no joy. There was some dirty old paper stuffed in behind the sheild that may have hidden the cache behind it, but was not that commited to putting my hand down there.

Found this one quite easily.
felt a little conspicuous after reading the last post, and half expected someone to stick their head over the back fence. Thankfully not to be.

I had to do a drive by on this one, as my son (notso silent H) was asleep in the back seat.
Was a little worried that the rumble of my engine would arouse suspicion with the locals.
Nice little hiding place.

Found thos one on a very Ballarat kind of day.
Cold, overcast, and a little wet. Easy on a quiet weekend, would be more difficult during term.
Took bottle opener keyring. left the flat toy cat
Thanks

Some how I zoned in on this one, and I went straight to it, even though the GPS showed GZ to be 7mts away. Good hidey hole. The log book only has a few pages to go.
Took Tape measure
Left Key

My son and I found this one on a quiet saturday morning. i'm sure the neibours over the fence wonder ( or know) what is going on with people lurking about. Similar to the libary stash I did in the You yangs last weekend.
In with a lanyard and a golf ball.
Out eith the lego and red super ball. (which we lost the next cache we did "Rumpletwezzer"
thanks

Took my 2yo on his second GC hunt. He lost a red super ball near the bridge. If any one finds it, maybe add it to this cache.
As others have said, lovely walk, and excelent coordinates.
Left a keyring torch
Took a green plastic car
Thanks

Found this one whilst in the area for some mountain biking. The sun was out, which really made the most of the great veiw. Nice hiding spot, but tricky to extract if you have big hands. I used a stick.
Found this one easily, although I got a little bush wacked.
In the theme of the cache I left a weird childrens book called "bing and bong and the planet of self", and took a whistle.
great location.

Found this one in the dark. Pretty happy as it's my first, Thought it would be a good starter, and the very good find tips were great for a novice.
The cashe was in good shape, no water inside, well hidden, and very full. took nothing. left mini toy pliers, and naturally a beer cap.
