Log book is very damp and covered in mold spots so will probably need replacing. 

Camping out across the road and took my nieces for their first ever geocache. They really enjoyed 'finding treasure'! Thank you!

Lived in the area a very long time so always thought we would do this one eventually. About to move so figured on this beautiful winters day we would finally do it. Found it. Thank you.

Waiting for the bus to head home after the advent fair at the local rudolph steiner school. Had half an hour to spare so looked up on the app for nearby caches... didn't have to go far... at all tftc 

Decided to pick this one up on the way to enjoy the last ever day of the "Auckland 1866" display at the Auckland Museum.

I grew up in the "goth" genre and was always hanging out in the Grafton cemetery as a teen. I am now older with 2 kids of my own so it was a lovely stroll in the cem with my kids during the day, much different to my teen years lol

In Tauranga for my beautiful Great Aunties funeral. Skipped out of the celebrations for a few minutes to find this cache. Sneaky hide tftc 

This one has had me searching a few times as a quick look while walking to new world before heading to work... but today dragged the kids out to do some caching and had a good look.... tricky tricky but it is now my daughters new favourite cache First time I have seen this type in real life. Tftc! 

Had this puzzle worked out over a year ago and finally was able to get it... bonus was that it could fit the geocoin Ive had on me for way too long seeing as every other cache we have found was too small for it to fit. Tftc!!!!!

My gps was playing up with this area but used my "geocaching eyes" and worked it out dropped in a tb. Tftc!

Down from Auckland visiting the inlaws around the corner from this little beauty and taken my boy here each day for a play, thinking this would be a beautiful place for a cache... turns out there was one the all ready. Tftc! Taken tb to make the journey to Auckland with us

My first South Island geocache. Tftc! 

Tried but foiled by a possible wasp hive when I was at 3m from it (saw approx 30+ wasps coming and going from a small hole in the bush stuff) - after an incident when I was younger and my brothers getting stung/bitten over 50x each... was not going to risk it with my 5 yr old with me lol..... so close.... yet so far..... 

Took my son down for a hunt "with the dead people" and found the cache. Took my oldest a few yrs back but due to my phone back then not really working as a reliable gps, was all over the place and gave up so it was good to finally cross it of the list. TFTC

Dragged my partner and kids out in the heat today to do some caching. Was a fun route, never walked this path before. I replaced the log though as it was water logged with a new piece of paper and baggie to keep it dry so I could sign it (left original in there too).TFTC 

Was worried I wouldn't find this one as we walked up and saw lots of construction but it was found safe and sound. TFTC 

Tried searching for this one for a tiny while but couldn't see it - it was a very hot day so we didn't stick around too long to keep trying. I will be back another day for this one though

Not sure if I had the coordinates right for this one which I think is the reason I didnt find it, but it gives me an excuse to come back on this path. The kids really enjoyed the path too, We had never been before. 

A great night out even though the weather was a little icky... but we bundled the kids and ourselves up and went out regardless. After all... no such thing as bad weather, only bad clothing! Nice and easy cache, great for those with kids tagging along! 

A quick find after work on a sunny evening with the kids, including a picnic of fish and chips. TFTC 

Tried finding this one about a year ago and had no luck. Seeing as I found it this time at the exact same coordinates means last time I must have been having a bad eyesight day lol. I live on the other side of the river so this cache had been taunting me to try get it for some time  

My kids love the playground here. This is the second time we have come to do the series. Last time was too hot and muggy and with my kids in tow we ended up just playing and leaving. But today it was much nicer and only had my oldest so it was much easier to head out to them all.

This was the only cache I found today, my daughter had the luck in finding the rest of our days hunt.

Beautiful park, daughter found this one before I even had a chance to read my gps to pin point the tree better. She says she just had a "geocache feeling".,. maybe she is a natural at this sort of thing lol.

This was the only one we could not find out of this series. We know we had the right spot but couldnt see it anywhere. Oh well, will give us the excuse to visit this place again  

Just about gave up on this one but just as we were leaving, my daughter turned back to say something to me then screamed saying "I found it".

Nice and easy. Took the kids to explore MOTAT today and this was the finishing touch to our trip out.

GPS not as accurate as I would have liked today + a few choices of bins to step 3 meters away from since my coordinating wasn't accurate + some gorgeous trees not far from said bins - had me a little stumped ha ha - but we got there in the end

TFTC! Was great fun. Also had fish and chips with the kids at the beach then explored the rocky shore area finding baby crabs, starfish, shrimps etc.

Also - log book is full, will need replacing.

Found it but it is very water logged, I suggest coming out to replace the log book. I had to blot it dry as much as possible with a napkin to write our name lol.

Had to wait for a whole car full of muggles parked right in front of gz to get themselves organised and head off to the beach before I could get this one so sat under a tree pretending to text lol. Found it once the muggles cleared off. TFTC! 

Took me a while this one. It's the best camo job I have come across so far... picked it up twice thinking no, that's not it so looking elsewhere but third time was a charm and I finally clicked lol.

Tried it the other day with no luck (was also tricked by the big stump)... came home to do a lil research and went back today and had success! Love the paperless log. TFTC 

GPS was throwing me all over the place for this one. Ended up giving up but kids had fun at the beach so we are likely to return so I can give it another go lol

Quick easy find but cache needs to have a replacement log. Very wet inside. Dried as best as I could for now though. TFTC

Nice and easy find - thank you! Unfortunately, my only find of the day. Kids wanted to just play on the playground instead and then it got way too hot and muggy to continue. Will try for the best on a day with nicer weather. 

Found this cache while also enjoying the Art in the Dark. Beautiful park. I hadn't been here in a very long time. I used to sit here and have lunch when pregnant with my daughter - she is 11 yrs old now. How time flies!
