Quick trip out with geokid & friend. Dodged blackberries & found o'k. Was 5'ish when we got there, so rushed as didn't want to get locked in, as '6PM Gates Locked' signs not adhered to by the rangers.
T: Ball & magnets
L: Pinball game & beanie walrus
Thanks for fun.

20-Oct-06
Live locally, so thought should start knocking off the local ones. Nice easy find, no march flies, yet!
Was to have BBQ at lower carpark and collect Dam! It's Wungong, as got back to car at 5:15pm. Alas, ranger stopped on his way pass, to advise he was locking the gate. Obviously '6PM Gates Locked' on signs inaccurate, and being a Friday! So will be back soon for other.
T: Finger torch & note pad
L: Hair lackeys & ? (damn, forgot what!)
Thanks for the fun

Boys went hard scratchy way, girls went easy non-scratchy way.
Great view, yes shame about smoking stacks. CALM doing burn-off on way in,on Scarp Rd, just to add to the haze.

L: Hair ties & lip gloss

Our third one for the day,and our third one ever as first time caching. Great little bit of offroading and found all the caches. We have been all bitten by the bug. Warm day & loads of flies didn't curb our fun.
Kids took a mondo, muppet toy, red car & rhino key ring. Left body/hair glitter, stickers, red valve caps (make car faster!) & AA batteries.

Well our very first cache. Wife & kids were a bit put off by the flies & heat, but once found, all minds on the cache.
Nice place for a walk and a picnic, will visit again when cooler.
Found cache after several minutes looking under numerous logs, quite an abundance of!
Took water pistol, soft toy & key ring. Left bag of water bombs, whistle, toy rings & plastic animals.
Thanks for an excellent cache to start on.
