found despite the hint, which refers to purple marker, but it's been painted green! Right by the gate. Interesting informational marker nearby.

someone used the immediate area as a toilet, but the cache is uncompromised. Quick find amid the crowd today.
by this time there were fewer people on the track, and the cache is far enough off the trail to afford some cover. Dropped off a green Jeep tb. took nothing.

Surprised this hasn't been found in nearly a year. Log is dry. Easy find.
Great campsite, wish we were staying here! Nice cache hide. Cache and log are dry.
Rather disgusting area, been used as a toilet, but still an intensive search by two of us failed to locate the cache.

took two tries today, but after getting the recent hint, no problem.
Delightful cache, and a beautiful church which we saw from the inside. We met two of the "flower girls", who were our ages (60+), and had a good time in general. For once we did all the entries correctly and found the cache right off. TFTC

Well, we had no idea what a punga was, but helpful campers helped us out, so we told them what we were doing. They were uninterested, and so left us in peace. Found cache, TNLNSL thanks!
