A quick find before the rain pored down. Nice little park with some ducks and ducklings swimming about. TFTC!
Took the wrong fork in the path, but then made a quick find at GZ. TFTC!
A beautiful walk today, but alas we opened the back door to find nothing. Logging this a week later after returning to the US. Must have gone here just a bit late. Oh well. Thanks for bringing me to this path.

Took a bit of a search, but we found it. We're on our way to Blo-carting in Papamoa. TFTC!
Needed some help from the Kiwi in-laws and some Google searches to find this one, but I solved it. Not bad for an American! A quick find, although the cache is near a sewage pipe and it smells a bit! TFTC!
A very cool tree! Got my hands dirty and made the find. GPS gets you to GZ, then loses signal. A thorough search will yield the cache. TFTC!
Took a bit of climbing to get this one, but it was worth the view of the harbor. This completed all the caches on the Mount. Took the March of the Penguins geocoin that will be making the trip back to California with me. Left US quarter. TFTC!
Got this on Boxing Day. Probably the wrong day to try and grab a screen shot with everyone and their mother trying to control the camera. Now to try and upload the photo!
Our 7th cache today with the relatives from New Zealand. Grabbed the Cameron, Carter, Jamie, Sasha, and Sophie travel bugs. They are heading to California in a weeks time. TFTC!
Our second nano find today. Had fun watching a guy jump off the sand dunes with a parachute. TFTC!
Very clever hide. Have seen this type before in the US, but our newest cacher on his second day of caching made the find. TFTC!
A quick find. There were 20 plus muggles in the parking lot but they were too busy smoking and drinking to notice us! TFTC!

Found it after a few minutes of search. Introducing some of the Kiwi relatives to geocaching. Took the Travel Turtle Bug to move to California in a week. TFTC!

Grabbed this one after dragging the extended family up the Mount. Only the kids and I had the juice to climb back up the hill to grab this one. Another great view! TFTC!
Found this with cousin Ben on a climb up the Mount. Great hike and search through the rocks. The view is just awesome. TFTC!
Found it on day one of our vacation. I dragged the whole (extended) family up the Mount for an adventure and an intro to geocaching! Will supply pic and answers via message to Zork. TFTC!
The last cache on our Mount Maunganui adventure today. All the adults and half the kids have packed it in. Slackers! Just myself and the two Kiwi cousins remain. Perseverance is the word of the day as we find the trail day to the beach and make our way to the cache. We grabbed the Swiss Bell trackable which will be heading to California in two weeks. TFTC!
