Ducked out while the rain was light. Just around the corner from home so geokids on scooters joined in the fun. After a few laps of the park we settle and sat awhile.....

Upon arrival at the GZ, the Geokids and I were surprised it was so quiet! Maybe everyone was at the Library this morning......ppffttt! Anyway that's for another day....

Instead of blindly searching with my head down on previous attempts, this time I looked with my hands and not my eyes......Very clever and great use of the surrounding infrastructure.....

We contacted CO to do maintenance. It was either we were heavy handed (sorry!) and/ or elements have gotten to the cache.

This area has been done up over the years - lovely gardens, paths, bus exchange and coffee shop at the old cop shop....the creek wasnt always this 'nice' and the jail cells at the old police station were not far away!

Took the kids for a ride to collect some local caches and work off some easter chocolate eggs!

Upon arrival we looked for the best access point and parked the bikes there and hopped over the fence to GZ. We were looking in the wrong area to begin with and the kids spread out a bit and one called out,'can you looking there for me Dad'. I get the all the good jobs!

Retrieved treasure and quickly signed the log.Kids did some swaps.....Thanks for the adventure electro_man!

Feeling pretty confident from the Yasmin we started to look at some spots.......we couldn't find anything like the Yasmin cache.........confidence draining.......ok just stop and look.....ah ok Parko's....this is more like you guys!.....very good camo!!....kids didn't believe me at first....lol.....great surprise!.

{**FTF**} with spinna76 @9.41am I haven't been out for a FTF race for quite some time....spinna76 picked me up from work and away we raced to this fancy location....on arrival we had a fair idea it wasn't where the co-ords said......but hey whats 20m between friends! We were heading up to Nana's on Sunday afternoon with Geodaughter and I asked her i she would like to find a cache with me....'that would be fun Dad!'. Parked on Rifle Range Road as suggested and we had fun climbing up and down! I acted as a stop for Geodaughter.....the highway looks very different from this perspective.

Compass said we were 7m away but when i looked right in front of me I assumed but the clever container that we had found the prize! But where is the log........oh haha! Clever clever! After I had 8 goes the Geodaughter wanted a go too...ppfftt kids spoiling my fun!

We signed the log and replaced as found. Thanks for bringing us here for a different look at the world........this earns a favourite from us!

Out and about with GKTCRobbo......Walked down the stairs to GZ.Noticed boys fishing off platform. We were going to retreat when they both said 'its under the path'. oh.......we went down to see and the container was in the water......log is soaked. I don't think the boys had anything to do with that. Maybe wasn't secured probably.......We signed on the cover as best we could. Sorry we didn't have a replacement log handy. TFTC anyway!

Saw a likely hiding spot...wrong...but close! Found the fam! Great container....got the co ordinates for Over There! as we were signing log and replaced as found. TFTC!!! 

Found in water. Log is soaked. Replaced but needs maintenance thx 

Out and about with Cosmo03 and the Geokid. Very interesting park. Must be the first council bbq ever built!! GPS bounced all over the place and judging by all the geotracks we aren't the only ones! After a short search, Geokid soon had the prize in hand! Signed and replaced as found it. TFTC!!!

Out and about with Cosmo03 and the Geokid. We parked off the road and walked to GZ. We spread out and soon Cosmo03 says aahhhhh I hope I found it! Yes he has! Clever hide!! After recovering from a small heart attack we signed the log and replaced as found! TFTC!!

Out and about with Cosmo03 and Geokid. Looks like we took the long way to get to the Portal but got there in the end. We managed to clear some webs for those who follow!....Geokid was right on this once we got to GZ. We signed the log and replaced as found.TFTC!!!

After easily finding a park and watching a few overs of junior cricket nearby we all walked down to the GZ in anticipation!! Have had a few goes at this one. Thought I had looked in every nook and cranny in last few attempts but obviously not. Wow this is a very clever hide indeed! How did you ever think of this!! Just when you think you are getting the hang of this game, you come across this game changer...

Appreciate the effort gone into this just so we can have a bit of fun.......

Out and about with Cosmo03 and geokids on this lovely Sunday morning. Quick drive from previous cache and we were on foot heading to GZ. Once we narrowed down GZ we walked right past the hide! Spotted by the geokid (again!). Cosmo03 signed the log and we replaced it as found. Geokids did a swap each. TFTC! 

Out and about with Cosmo03 and geokids on this lovely Sunday morning. Since the geokids had done this as an excursion for school I thought i better learn something myself and take this historic walk. Hint made this an easy find.....but not the retrieval! Lucky I brought small people..... we signed the log and we replaced it as found. TFTC! 

What great fun this was!! 4yr old managed it with few issues. Started the climb down with cosmo03 and geokids and little did I realise this part was the easy part! Scramble, scratch and hold on! Upon GZ we quickly located the prize! Signed and replaced we made the track back up....oh this is the hard part! TFTC everyone!!

Once we narrowed down GZ (and I got one geokid out of the garden!) the other geokid was quick to spot the treasure! Cosmo03 signed the log and we replaced it as found. A nice quick cache! TFTC! 

Meaning to get this done for some time and we were finally in the area this lovely Sunday. Garden is bit worse for wear. This one is a case of which bush......ah that one! Log is fine however can PLAYERS make sure that if you find it you SIGN the LOG.......
