Finding the location was easy enough, getting in was a bit more tricky and getting in was a bit more tricky and getting it out was then the hardest part.
I didn’t log any TBs this time but will next visit.
TFTC scramping.
Took nothing, but realised I’ve donated a pen, which I’d borrowed from someone. Luckily they are not concerned so it can stay there.

A few of us took the cape walk from the Jetty Lookout to Rainbow Rocks this afternoon and this cache was near the end of the walk before heading back to Jetty Lookout.
The cache has some damage to the lid, but is still in reasonable shape but may need replacing sometime.

Fluffymaxi and I took Mrs Gecko out for a walk to see the view before we collected JayG10 from camp nearby.
The path was busy with lots of families out for Mother’s Day walks.
Cache was found but needs a new log book as pages are stuck together from moisture damage as there is a hole in the lid.

Nearby at lunch when this was published so too close to ignore.
Quick *FTF* find at 1:55pm with some improvising for the find. I haven’t used a bike helmet that way before.

Now onto the nearby multi.

A quick walk here and did the sums which didn’t put me in exactly the right spot but a bit of caching sense and my hand was on it in no time. Busy here this morning so had to do some waiting and timing for the replacing.

Solved the puzzle last night after initially overthinking it, but then it made sense and scored a correct in the checker.
Today we visited the Australian Sports Museum and made a reasonably quick find before leaving the area.
Found with fluffymaxi and JayG10.

I wandered by here a day earlier but there was too much traffic so I left it.
Back today. Still lots of traffic but I waited for a gap, then retrieved, opened, signed and returned in 9.58 seconds.
The cache was positioned so it wasn’t using it’s camouflage very well, but I returned it to exactly where I found it anyway.

Visited recently while out for a walk. Cache needs to be disabled until replacement hidden.

Out for a morning walk. Nice easy find. TFTC

Today I returned to where I hoped the final and cache would be and found it as expected. The cache has no lid, but all is dry. It may actually not need a replacement due to positioning, will depend on the wetter seasons.

I really enjoyed the use of the art? to make an enjoyable walk even better and bonus that I did it twice, once to solve and once to find. And I’m certain to do the walk again.

*FTF* @7:53pm.
Today is Monday. I work from home on Monday’s so I found this on the way from work, but I’m also going home now so I also found it on the way to work. Only 1 smiley though.

Hmmm. Feeling foolish. Walked this in reverse then my solved solution put me in a spot I shouldn’t go. So I checked the solve on the walk back home. Nothing to change, so was thinking that the art may have been altered in the six months since the last find, but then when I was almost home the hint clicked. I’d actually pondered this during the solve, so I will return to find another time.

A lovely serene morning walk from Angaston to find this.

Had a bit of a look around but not enough time available to be thorough or systematic enough to make a find with inaccurate coordinates.
Will have to return another time.

Found on a morning walk from Angaston. I didn’t have the right tool with me to extract the log sheet so I replaced and returned by vehicle later to make the extraction and sign the log.
Definitely needs that TOTT. Took several attempts to get it back in too.

Found although from the description I was looking for something a little bigger.

Had 5 minutes for finding. It took a bit longer because I hadn’t thought it through properly with the details provided but I found it after paying more detail to the info.

A walk to the Saturday Farmers market and this is on the scenic walk back to Angaston.
Was expecting harder but the cache is easier to find than indicated in the description.

I need to seek support.

I’ve decided I need to be fitter and have for the last couple of months, been walking daily. I’ve now decided to combine my walks with a cache, starting with any that give me a walk (returning home) of about 6km. Today is my first and so after a quick retrieval on a busy day I’m taking a breather on the seat enjoying the water before I set off home again.

First find of 2021.
Little time for finding today, unless you count the King George whiting we found in the bay. After our evening feast, JayG10 and I needed a walk to work it off so we picked this cache as our destination.
As we were running out of time we chose what seemed to be the shortest distance on the satellite map but we didn’t find that path, so just walked around the longer part of the loop to find the spot and the cache as described.
JayG10 suggested we return another morning to see the sunrise over town here so we will try to that.

TFTC Nicko57, and thanks to you and Friends of the Park for your volunteer work here (and as a hider).

Last find of 2020.
We weren’t here in Easter but hope to be in October 2021 for the revised date for Mega.
The Mega wasn’t the only casualty of the pandemic. Beachport’s annual NYE fireworks were also cancelled. Fortunately the Lions club donut van was still here, so we ventured out in the wind for a last find and donuts.

In my hometown for dinner tonight and took in a bit of exercise to work it off so collected a few funds on the way. Driven past here many times but hadn’t stopped since I caught the Bluebird to Adelaide in 1987.
Quickly located but couldn’t extract so asked JayG10 to have a go. He said “that’s not a cache, it’s xxxxxxxxxx.”
I said “no it a cache”. Fluffymaxi said “I’ll get it. No that’s not a cache” I said “yes it is” and fashioned some extraction implements from what I found nearby. Eventually it was extracted and I was right.
Log stamped only with the GeckoJ stamp (on behalf of all finders) to save space.

This container has lost it’s closing device and the log book is a little weathered, but otherwise okay.
Log stamped only with the GeckoJ stamp (on behalf of all finders, JayG10 and fluffymaxi) to save space, or was it that we only had the stamp and nothing to write with?

Avoided muggles to make the find. Asked JayG10 to hold the receptacle while I stamped, providing him with a new favourite word.

The sunset was improving the longer we stayed but we couldn’t watch it disappear completely as we didn’t want to walk back in the dark.
