Rock hides can often be hard - but to make it a micro????No luck today after 1/2 hour searching many obvious rock hides and many not so obvious.Heaps of lyrebird activity around the rocks (maybe disturbed?)Found the spot 'near GZ' photo but no luck in immediate area. (Photo similar attached - the lichen pattern matches!)Perhaps didn't try hard enough???This DNF was made up for by the cacaphony of lyrebirds all along the walk (estimated approx 8 in full song)

Coordinates changed from:S 36 13.219 E 149 7.528Coordinates changed to:S 36 13.213 E 149 7.526Distance from original: 35.6 feet or 10.9 meters.First few comments indicate slightly out potential for co-ords (particularly if people were searching bottom of rock slope and not at the top!). Went to GZ as follow up and reGPS GZ. New co-ords have moved the GZ 10 metres north which is what I estimated was needed to get it in a beeter GPS possie. Hope future cacahers get to the top on this one! Smile

Another named pole

Someone has recently named each of the three poles!

25-Apr-24
Check out following message maybe owner maintenance needed. Container slightly damp. Not too bad though. No container damage. Dried out on a nice sunny Anzac morn. Think larger rock pushing down on lid may have opened seal of container. Have changed cover to lighter rock. See how it goes.
