Hard to keep maintenance, now that I no longer live in Masterton. I hope everyone that found it enjoyed it. The area can now be open to a new geocache.

No longer live in Masterton so maintenance is difficult. I hope this road gets more geocaches in the future.

It's been over a year since the last person found this and I no longer live in the area. The first geocache of the series no longer functions so I have decided to let this one go as well. Thanks to all who enjoyed your logs were great to read.

20-Jun-22
Battery flat, will do maintenance when free

16-May-22
Just realized that this geocache was still in my drafts. But I found it while out on a midnight walk with my friend, easy find with a beautiful night view of the ocean. TFTC!

12-Apr-22
Just realized this geocache was still in my drafts. Found this during the uni break when my friend and I went to queenstown together. It was a nice and easy geocache to compete while making our way through the arrowtown village. TFTC!

10-Apr-22
Not in good condition, will fix when I am back in Masterton

28-Feb-22
Quick walk up to university today, even though I had no lectures to just check out the space, but do a little detour to check out this geocache. Nice and easy find, however log was extremely wet, but I did manage to write on it. TFTC!

24-Feb-22
Absolutely beautiful views up here, I was walking up here with friends anyway, but great to pick up a few geocache while there. TFTC!

Went for a walk with some friends up Mount Vic, while they took in the view, I snuck away and found this. Easy find and beautiful landscape views. TFTC!

O-Week for Vic Uni has begun and my hall decided to go on a trip to the Red Rocks. I thought it would be fun to sneak a couple caches in while I was there and this was one I managed to complete.

This place is beautiful and I easily got the answer without any of the others noticing anything suspicious. We got to see a few seal sun bathing on the rocks which was nice. TFTC!

As the rest of the group had a look at all of the information in the info center, I snuck out and had a quick look around to find this. Nice and easy to find and quick enough for no one to notice I had snuck out.

On the way back to the carpark, I snuck off to find this cache as the majority of the group had splintered into different groups of different speeds. There were a few places which the cache could have been hidden but after a look around, it didn't take to long to find it. TFTC! This place is beautiful!

We were walking down this beautiful track and today was definitely one of the more windy ones! The wind was constantly nipping my feet with sand but, as I arrived at GZ, I let my group go up ahead of me. I spotted where the geocache was hidden almost instantly and as they passed, I got it out and signed it before they went too far ahead. TFTC!

20-May-21
I was on music tour with my school around the north island and we stayed a night at this camp, I noticed that it had a geocache right at the front so in the morning, I grabbed my two cabin mates and went for an early morning walk.

Pretty easy to spot where there geocache was, I thought it was very clever hide; any muggle wouldn't take a second glance but any geocacher would instantly know something was up. After reading the description we were able to access the geocache and sign the logbook. TFTC, this was really cool to be able to find while on music tour which was so fun.

I went to Dannevirke today to meet up with a friend and on the way back to his house I showed him what geocaching was by finding a few geocaches with him.

We stopped of here and started searching with the clue in hand. Nice and easy find. TFTC!

We stopped off here and had a look around. The place had quite a bit of rubbish, which poor him thought might be the geocache, but I quickly directed him in the right direction. TFTC!

I was going off to Dannevirke today and so I thought it was a perfect opportunity to find a few restricted hours geocaches that I would not be able to find otherwise.

I arrived at the library a few minutes before it was meant to open and stood outside for a little bit. As soon as the opened the door, I was searching for the right section, it took a while and a looking through a few books before I found it. TFTC!

I quickly stopped off and entered the library. I didn't really know where to begin looking so I asked the clue to the librarian and she clicked on to what I was doing. She directed me straight to the geocache. TFTC! I did enjoy these geocaches that were in libraries.

Out with the dog and my family to go for a quick afternoon adventure. We explored some places with geocaches nearby that we had never ventured to before.

This was just a quick pit stop, at first, after reading the clue, we ventured too far back in the bush, but after rethinking our strategy and coming closer to the road, we soon had the geocache in hand. TFTC!

Out with the dog and my family to go for a quick afternoon adventure. We explored some places with geocaches nearby that we had never ventured to before.

We let the dog come for a walk with us around this track, and she seemed to love it. Other than the car noise coming from the state highway, this little reserve was quite tranquil and nice. After a bit of confusion about how to get to the geocache, we saw what was being referenced in the clue and knew exactly where to look. It only took a few seconds before I spotted something that looked suspicious and on closer inspection, I was able to find the geocache. TFTC! Thanks for bringing us to this cute place!

We saw this structure from a mile away and knew instantly that that was where the geocache was hidden. We stopped and had a look at the structure and my little brother was the first to discover the geocache. We are genuinely curious what this was used for, none of us could come up with any good ideas about what it might be. TFTC!

23-Mar-21
I saw this geocache come up in my local area so I kept my eye on it and finally I had an opportunity today to go and find this geocache.

Once I arrived at the GZ, I saw that there were a couple of muggles from my school hanging around so I had to be careful when searching so they weren't suspicious of what I was doing. It took longer than I thought it would but eventually I found it and I felt very dumb about how long it took me to find it. Unfortunately, the pen I had brought choose then to run out of ink, so I had to come back the next day and sign it. TFTC, love to see more geocaches in the area!

After attending the local CITO at Kimberley Reserve, Phronimos and I ventured around all of Levin to find the best of the best in this town as well as a few others that were along the way. It was great fun to go out geocaching with another geocacher and we were able to find some really clever hides.

This geocache was right by the CITO we both attended so we had to pick it up on our way out. We went in just as another set of geocachers were making their way out. There was a very obvious geotrail left by an abundance of past geocachers and while making the nice venture in we noticed that the CITO would have been very advantageous if it was extended to this area as well. Otherwise, the geocache was easy to find and other than the little bit of litter the area was quite beautiful as well. TFTC!

Quick little find as we were making our way around. Phronimos got a little off track thinking the geocache was hidden a little off where it actually was but after I had a quick look, I soon spotted an suspicious detail. The geocache logbook was soaked, so we used a new sheet and wrapped it around the old one. TFTC!

We overestimated the location of the geocache a little bit when parking, but after walking down to the GZ, there was clearly only one place that it was hidden. It was a nice and easy find, and a beautiful structure to look at nearby. TFTC!

With a little help from Phronimos, I was able to get the correct coordinates for this geocache. He had already found this geocache but it wasn't very hard to find once at the GZ. TFTC!

This one really stumped us for a while. When we arrived at the GZ, we instantly knew where it would be hidden but it took us a good 10 minutes of searching to find it. There was so many different little place it could have been hidden and for all we knew it could be a nano. We eventually did find it and had a bit of a laugh. Very funny and very clever. TFTC!

We were passing by and this geocache and saw it had quite a few favorite points so we stopped to quickly find it. Got a little lost in the bamboo for a second but Phronimos found a place that it just had to be hidden. He didn't see it but as soon as I poked my head in, I saw it. Very cute, my younger siblings would have definitely enjoyed this since they love How To Train Your Dragon. TFTC!

It was great to see some faces I hadn't seen for a while even if it was only for this event. I wish I could have come to the whole weekend but it was good to chat and clean up this nice little reserve. Thanks Twig for organizing this event!

Upon arrival, we read the clue, which immediately confused us as to what it might mean, so we began searching in light of an answer. After finding where the cache was hidden it only took a moment or two before we were able to figure out the retrieval method. Very clever contraption! TFTC!

I went off to Levin for the day to do some geocaching around that area. On the way over I found a few geocaches that had a higher number of favorite points.

Quick and easy park and grab! TFTC!

This was the last geocache Phronimos and I did together. We had gone to the reserve to find the new geocache that was part of the geotour and saw that this one was also there, so we thought we should just pick it up as well while we were there. Took us quite a while to find and we spent a good 15 minutes searching. The lookout was very nice as well, took a few beautiful photos to remember. TFTC!

Quick and easy stop just off the highway. I thought that the location was very tranquil! TFTC!

Phronimos is trying to collect as many of the geocaches that are part of this new geotour and I thought I might just tag along for the walk to this geocache. The reserve was reasonably busy, there was quite a few people walking around it. It was quiet when we arrived at the GZ, and it didn't take us long to find the geocache. Some muggles came round while we were signing the logbook and asked if we were playing "that geocaching game", we said yes as there was no point denying it and gave a little explaination to some of the aspects of our game. They seemed curious about the whole thing and hopeful they'll soon start doing some geocaching themselves. Thanks for bringing us to this beautiful location. TFTC!!

This one really stumped us for a few minutes. We arrived and the traffic seemed relentless so, I can't imagine what the many muggles thought we were up to. Looking around for a few minutes pulled up nothing. We then read the clue and thought about how many favourite points this geocache had, after searching again Phronimos soon found it. I was very much surprised as I haven't found a geocache like this yet and thought it was very clever so I'm given it a favourite point for such a good high-muggle traffic area geocache.

After a long (but very fun) day around Levin finding the geocaches around the area, I decided to leave, but not without finding a few more on the way back home.

I had attempted to find this geocache this morning as I was coming into Levin but I came up empty handed after a short search. I was fortunate enough to be able to ask the CO at the event today about more details and when I got back to the GZ it was a very easy find. While I was signing it, a car came off the main road and slowed down near me. This made me feel very worried for a second as I thought that they might be some muggles who were going to approach me and ask what I was doing, and in my current position there was no reasonable excuse I could conjure up. Fortunately, they we some fellow geocaches up from Wellington, they introduced themselves as Nuttynora and Piwaka54, it is always great to meet fellow geocachers while out hunting. After we all signed the geocache, we put it back exactly as we found it and after a quick chat went out separate ways. I believe the geocache also deserved a favorite point for its creativity and unique camouflage. TFTC!

We thought that we should quickly collect this park-n-grab on our way around Levin. Quick and easy to find and lovely little area. TFTC!

I haven't found a postbox geocache in a very long time so, I saw this one and really wanted to get it while I was here. A little help from Phronimos and I had the geocache relatively quickly. Always love a nice big container and swapped out a little Rattl rock to add to my collection. TFTC!

Phronimos had already found this geocache so he gave me a helping hand in finding this geocache, since I didn't really click onto the hint. I am very grateful that I am tall as it has been very helpful with the last few geocaches. TFTC!

Relocated the first stage to a more accessible spot since the cutty grass has become overgrown. I also made adjustments to the second stage and replaced the third stage after it has probably been muggled. Hope to see a few geocachers enjoy this cache in the near future!
