What a beautiful spot, and a great hide, well done! 

This is a good hide, even if it is shiny, still had to be looking to find it. A good clue and the few muggles around were probably not wondering too much at our behaviour! 

What an awesome bird paradise to be able to visit! Easy enough find and no sea lions so we got to watch a Weka on the beach instead. TFTC! 

This is a beautiful spot for a cemetery, its very serene and peaceful. Looking at the ages of some of headstones was fascinating and so sad to see a young one there but with so many colourful toys on it. The find proved a bit tricky, the clue could be a bit more specific about where to search, but Mr Determined found it for us for which I’m always grateful. Tftc.

Thanks for the spot, gorgeous views! Stopped by before starting the Braggs/Horseshoe Point track, easy find, worth the look. 

We took the long way round on Kamahi road and a friendly DOC guy told us about the ‘shortcut’ back where this was found after a few minutes of searching. What a picturesque beach, the water looks so inviting, until you realise what temperature it is… 

Our first of two visits to Ulva Island, this one as part of a guided tour. The guide was rather surprised when we explained geocaching to her and found the cache to show her straightaway. Guessing something she walks past every day and didn't know it was there! great hiding place, tftc.

Great hide, good spot! Tftc. Plastic bag is ripped though, so water has ruined the supplied pen, could do with replacing. Cheers!

A lovely walk to a neat hide. Saw the same white swan with cygnets as below, along with some heron, shags, black swan and something crested.. TFTC!

TFTC, the one day we visit Okain's bay is the one day in probably 30 years the general store is closed, so had to carry on to Akaroa to get a drink! Lovely area though, we will be back. 

This is a great hide, was so impressed when I found it as I normally give up and Zephyr finds them instead. TFTC!! 

TFTC, found even though Mrs forgot to load the co-ordinates into the GPS. D'oh! Very hot day, great view over Waiau, reminiscing about younger days. 

Oh dear, found this about this time last year and forgot to log it. Excellent puzzle, took a while to sort out. TFTC!

A nice track under shade, took a bit of searching to find this one and was conscious of the falling away hillside behind me as kneeling down. Good hide though, thanks for the clue. TFTC! 

# 7 of day and final one otherwise we'll never make it to Port Levy and back to ChCh in a day at this rate! I loved this one, so simple and obvious, and yet you have to know what you're looking for to actually notice it. TFTC! 

Found it easy, good start to a geo-caching day. TFTC! 

#5 of the day and starting to really feel the 30+ celcius heat now. This is a lovely spot with great views, glad we did this one. Easy find, good hiding. TFTC. 

# 3 of day, bit of a clamber but liked the hiding spot. Discussed how well sound travels across water after hearing a conversation between kayakers 300 metres away, while clambering back up the hill. TFTC! 

Second one of the day, thanks for the clue. TFTC, nice views! 

#4 on our Sunday drive to Port Levy vis Diamond Harbour. Busy at Cass Bay today, remembered with irony when Dad's boat called the Truant went truant after the big storm in 2000, was ID'd by its distinctive windows, smashed on rocks outside Corsair Bay. Nice walk to get to this one, glad for the clue, otherwise would recommend gloves for searching. TFTC! 

Love the clue, lateral thinking zephyr got it before i did. Easy find while walking the dogs through our damaged but not broken backyard, the Eastern suburbs. We've felt all the main events, every aftershock in the vicinity, and are still suffering the frustration that is eqc. Its been life changing and unfortunately i've developed new ways and things to stress about. I've also seen total strangers greet each other like old friends after both experiencing another frightening aftershock and the support from the rural sector was awesome to watch. Tftc. 

Nice easy find, good long walk with the dogs. Zephyr and Mrs Zephyr both tried the nearby swing, much to the amusement of passing mountainbikers. Tftc! 

I liked this one although the hubby boy spent 10minutes de-prickling himself while i filled in the log book, we came the long grass way. Interesting wrecks, fun spot to visit, tftc! 

Phew, this took a bit of encouragement from Zephyr to convince me to keep looking for this one, hard terrain in worn out shoes! Glad we found it, 3rd one of the really hot day spent on the island. Tftc!

Apologies, i put my fingers through the side of the container when replacing this one, plastic just fell apart under my touch. The container will be open to the elements on one side now.

An easy find, last one of the day, tftc, great spot to hide it! 

Tftc! Found under cover of darkness, once we glared the youths away that were loitering with intent... 

Hmmm, frustrating as i can guess where it is and we searched high and low (mostly low and lower!) to no avail. Maybe bit more of a clue than the one word? Looks as though a few people have had trouble and if difficulty only 1.5, two people with good eyes (admittedly spectacly enhanced) should be able to find it? Another clue or check to make sure its still there, and we'll attempt it again, promise! 

Excellent hiding spot, camouflage looked just enough out of place to be noticeable. Tftc! 

Passersby wondered what we were doing but pretending to be peeing over fence like tourist further along fence line was... Tftc, good spot for a breather.
