After nabbing a nearby FTF I had a brief window of time remaining before I meet Alyce at her mums place, which means I can grab another cache so I did just that.I parked nearby and wandered over towards GZ, I wasnt sure what I was looking for and to my surprise I spotted a bit of colour straight away, that shouldve taken a lot longer but well take it.Thanks for bringing me here.#4474 - TFTC

*FTF*I randomly checked my phone during work and noticed this cache that is 6km from home, I immediately alerted Alyce, she already knew but had to finish a few things around the house before attempting it. I finished work shortly after and checked to see if it was available and it was so I called Alyce while she was on her way over. After a short drive she arrived and started searching, unfortunately she was unable to locate anything and wasnt confident to search in areas that required some gymnastics so I offered to tag along. I had a 45 minute drive ahead of me from Aspley, great, typical afternoon traffic! I attempted a shortcut through Narangba which shaved a few minutes off and arrived with only a short window of light remaining, alrighty, lets do this. I jumped up to see Alyce standing around waiting patiently, she pointed out where she thought the cache would be so I hoped on up, walked across and sure enough, her suspicions were bang on, she just didnt feel comfortable climbing up and over, she is 21 weeks pregnant afterall. I popped the beast open and popped our names in the blank logbook. Excellent! Theres a bit of water running through here, so please be careful when attempting this one in the wet, yes, we know were stupid for attempting it in the rain, but hey, we love chasing FTFs.Thanks for bringing us here.#4472 - TFTC

*FTF*We started settling in for the evening when this cache came through, hmm, Sunny Coast, two seconds later and theres another, ughh! Brendale, we wont make that one in time due to several FTF hounds living nearby. Alrighty, the Sunny Coast it is. We threw Jensen in the car, much to his disgust and off we went. After a lengthy drive we arrived at the car park and wandered over towards GZ. We dismissed the obvious spot quickly and started looking elsewhere, yet again dismissing several promising spots. We moved on a little further and soon had the cache in hand which is rather sneaky! Love it!We popped the cache open to retrieve a blank log, woohoo! Our streak shall continue. Thanks for bringing us here.____________________________________Something big is coming to the Sunny Coast on the 5th October 2025.Head to GCARTY0 to see all about the Sunshine Coast Beach Party event.#4470 - TFTC

With caching being a little quiet for us over the last few weeks due to life commitments I decided it was time to nab some after work. I finished a little earlier then anticipated and with a few hours up my sleeve I thought Id get cracking at the Running ManI never actually realised this area was bush land so that took me by surprise, I guess its always a pleasant experience to wander around somewhere new, and I really enjoyed walking the trails, it brought back some memories from my old caching days.Quick find here after a brief search. Thanks for bringing me here.____________________________________Something big is coming to the Sunny Coast on the 5th October 2025.Head to GCARTY0 to see all about the Sunshine Coast Beach Party event.#4469 - TFTC

Omg omg omg, finally a FTF on a Chamad cache, oh wait, its not that type of FTF is it? Dammit!Anywho! We were at Eat Street this evening for a birthday party which resulted in a great evening, and my god, how hard is it to pick something for dinner, theres just too many things to pick from. We finally settled and got Mac n Cheeses with smoked BBQ brisket! It was divine, and if thats something that tickles your pickle we highly recommend it.After a great night out we made our way back to the car and I mentioned this cache to Alyce, so we diverted here before we made it any further, the kids werent too keen because, well, they utterly hate caching, too bad so sad, were getting it anyway! We made the short dash down the path and had a quick search. After making it a lot harder then we should have the cache was finally in hand, woohoo! Nathan_and_Alyce](https://www.geocaching.com/profile/?u=Nathan_and_Alyce) has used [Project-GC](https://project-gc.com/Challenges/GCAH01M/83449 "Project-GC Challenge Checker") to see if they qualified for this challenge and they did.User has 4455 finds (2 needed). Thanks for bringing us here.Something big is coming to the Sunny Coast on the 5th October 2025.Head to GCARTY0 to see all about the Sunshine Coast Beach Party event.Be sure to submit your will attend and lets get this to 300 will attends for Queenslands very first Block Party, lets make it happen and party on!#4456 - TFTC

One of the boys had a rugby presentation at the show grounds so after attending that we decided to grab a few caches. Were chasing caches with a certain attribute that goes towards the October challenge Difficult Climb and all of those caches are within the Woodford area, beats having to climb a mountain after all.We decided to walk down to this one and yeah, we knew where the cache was because I helped place it many moons ago. Dropped another log to keep it going for a bit longer. Thanks for bringing us here.Something big is coming to the Sunny Coast on the 5th October 2025.Head to GCARTY0 to see all about the Sunshine Coast Beach Party event.Be sure to submit your will attend and lets get this to 300 will attends for Queenslands very first Block Party, lets make it happen and party on!#4452 - TFTC

I always thought I placed it high up, turns out it wasnt as high as I thought, so when I was up there I climbed an extra branch only to spot it below on the previous branch, oops! Thanks for bringing us here.Something big is coming to the Sunny Coast on the 5th October 2025.Head to GCARTY0 to see all about the Sunshine Coast Beach Party event.Be sure to submit your will attend and lets get this to 300 will attends for Queenslands very first Block Party, lets make it happen and party on!#4454 - TFTC

After a late night drive to Kilcoy to attempt a view of the Aurora, which failed to eventuate sadly, we decided to take Neurum Rd back to Woodford to try our luck there away from the town light, nope nothing there either. So we thought it would be wise to grab the two boundary caches while in the area, we knew exactly where they were located because we placed them.I had no issue doing the climbing duties and had the cache in hand within seconds. Thanks for bringing us here.#4450 - TFTC

*FTF*After finishing work at Springwood l had a sudden urge to check my phone for some reason and noticed a new cache, I completely dismissed it at first since we already have our FTF for the month. On the drive home I checked it and noticed it was still available, at that point I checked the radar and noticed a rather nasty cell moving in from the south west, hmmm, could I beat it? I guess Ill check again soon.I checked once again when I was near Nudgee and sure enough, its still available, ahh, why not! Whos stupid enough to be caching when a nasty storms coming, ummm, I guess I am after all I had a 45 minute drive ahead of me so I guess well see if its gone when I arrive.Upon arriving at Brendale the sky was looking rather ominous with plenty of lightning all around, should I or shouldnt I? Well Im nearly there so I might as well.I arrived at a suitable spot to leave the car and by that time the rain was pouring, lightning was striking within a few hundred metres, it was pretty nasty to be honest, but hey, Ill chase a FTF rain hail or shine, literally!I ran down towards GZ and got started. I looked over everything for over 45 minutes and I was unable to locate anything, I was close to giving up but I absolutely hate DNFing a FTF so I was adamant on staying here until I found it. It was cold, drenched and down right frustrated I couldnt find this damn thing to the point I started walking back to the car, ok, lets just check her quickly just in case, and looky here, its the bloody cache! It was what I was expecting all along just not in that location.Glad that ordeals over with, now to head home for a nice hot shower. Thanks for bringing me here.#4449 - TFTC

After attending a nearby event we thought it would be wise to grab some caches before we leave, plus we also need 555 caches within the Sunny Coast region for a challenge were slowly chipping away at.We parked the car at the end of the road and wandered on over. It didnt take us long to locate the obvious target in the distance so we cautiously made our way over and after a brief search we had the cache in hand. Thanks for bringing us here.#4447 - TFTC

We dismissed several spots at first but eventually found what we were looking for after checking the hint. Thanks for bringing us here.#4448 - TFTC
Great event and a great feed, nothing like waking up to a good sausage first thing in the morning. It doesnt get much better than that.We had the pleasure to meet several new faces and caught up with some familiar ones for a good chat. Thanks for hosting.#4447 - TFTC

After attending a nearby event we went for a quick walk to suss out this cache. It had already been found several times today by other cachers that attended the event so we knew the cache was in place. It took us an almighty search to locate though, it wasnt until I noticed a well defined geotrail heading away from where we were originally searching, so we wandered on over and had the cache in hand instantly. Thanks for bringing us here.#4441 - TFTC
Alyce and I decided to head up the coast to see how things were going at the Bunnings BBQ. We were rather surprised at how many customers came through to grab themselves a feed, we couldnt help ourselves either. Thanks to everyone that turned up to help out.#4440 - TFTC
We were on our way home then noticed this cache, I guess we have time for one more.We parked down Sugar Bag Rd and wandered back up towards GZ. After a 5 minutes we were unable to locate anything cache related, we read several logs which stated the coords are roughly 7 metres out towards the NE, we adjusted our position and still struggled to find anything, it wasnt until I went in a little further that I spotted the tiny cache, damn that took some effort. If youre searching by the two Optus fiber optic cable posts youre in the right area. Thanks for bringing us here,#4443 - TFTC
After grabbing another cache in the vicinity we thought it would be wise to grab this one too.We parked at the end of the road and wandered down the path towards GZ, once there we spied several spots a cache could be but all of them didnt house a cache, hmm, is it this side or that side? I read a few logs which helped narrow down our search area and after another quick search the nicely hidden cache was in hand. Thanks for bringing us here.#4442

Alyce and I had to drop the trailer back at her parents which means we can grab this cache. We worked our way through this on a previous visit and todays the day to nab the final. We parked nearby and made our way in. Once at GZ we were confident on the caches whereabouts and sure enough, there she was. After signing duties were completed we popped the cache back, this time a little further in and added a little more cover to keep it protected from the elements. Thanks for bringing us here.#4439 - TFTC
*FTF*I was at KFC picking up some dinner when this cache came through, I immediately alerted Alyce and she asked if I was keen to head up, well yeah, the months coming to an end and we still havent nabbed our FTF so yeah, I wanna head up!After grabbing dinner I raced back home to pick up Alyce and Jensen and off we went. Alyce kept a close eye on the cache the entire time to see if it was claimed and by the time we arrived it was still available. We parked right beside GZ and soon spotted where we expected the cache to be and after a brief touchy feely action we had the cache in hand, we popped her open and was greeted by a blank log, woohoo!Nice to be brought here, its a shame it was night time because the view is always great from up here. Thanks for bringing us here.#4439 - TFTC

This cache has come to our attention over the last few months, how its flown under the radar for so long, well never. We diverted just north of Cooyar and enjoying a nice scenic drive down a road were not familiar with and soon arrived within 100 metres of GZ, hmm, thats a lot of Lantana and I sure as hell dont want us walking through that! We read through some logs and noticed some cachers stating they parked at a car park, ughh! What car park? I do recall a small road about 100 metres back, could that be the car park? Back in the car we go to investigate and sure enough, there is car park. Excellent! We still had a100 metre walk ahead of us, I guess it beats walking through a forest of Lantana. After a short stroll in we arrived at a trail of sorts that took us all the way to GZ and after a brief search we had the cache in hand, woohoo! Whats even better is this cache still has its original log book which is in pristine condition still, amazing! Sadly our pen didnt work which meant a return visit to the car to retrieve another. Ughh!!!We thoroughly enjoyed the experience here today and weve dropped off x3 TBs.Thanks for bringing us here.#4436 - TFTC
After a horrendous caching weekend at Charleville it was time to head back home. We did manage one cache but the weekend was a lot busier than we expected. After a stop off at Maccas for breakfast I opened the App and noticed this cache across the road, I guess we have enough time for a quickie, so after our breakfast we drove across the road to suss it out.Once at GZ we were confident on the caches whereabouts and sure enough there she was, although it was just the baggy shoved up inside the fence, well thats a shame! After signing duties I popped it back and took several steps back and spotted what looked to be a container on the ground, turns out it was the cache as it had a magnet and a Pathtag inside, whaaaa!!! So we removed that to add to our collection and popped a Sunshine Coast Beach Party log book inside to keep things going. Thanks for bringing us here.#4435 - TFTC

It has been an actioned packed few days, nothing caching related, more footy related as Charleville is currently holding the annual Mulga Cup. Sadly most, if not, all of our time is committed there so as you could imagine we dont have any spare time for caching like we anticipated, we even made a list of over 60 caches we planned to target, however, that doesnt seem likely now as tomorrows another huge day, but hey, you never know. After todays game our team made our way to the park for a BBQ, so why not make the most of it and grab at least one cache.Very quick find here as I had a feeling I knew where it was after spotting what I thought was the cache while driving past the previous few days. Thanks for bringing us here.#4434 - TFTC

Were on our way to Charleville to attend a footy tournament for our 11 year old. Who knows why they picked Charleville but hey, weve never been there before which benefits us as theres plenty of caches to grab.We didnt anticipate grabbing this cache whatsoever but when nature calls and theres a toilet Im going to stop! While there I open the map just in case there was a cache nearby and to our surprise there was and its only 50 metres away! Ok, lets take a look.We couldnt figure out which direction to go at first due to the GPS not updating and going up and down when we walked in either direction. After many attempts I decided to wander over to where I suspected it to be and it finally settled and turns out the coords are perfect! Thanks for bringing us here.#4433 - TFTC

Who knows why they picked Charleville but hey, weve never been there before which benefits us as theres plenty of caches to grab.We decided to grab this one on way through due to it being a non traditional in the LGA which goes towards a challenge cache were slowing chipping away at. We had no issue grabbing the required numbers but Im sure we got a few odd looks for muggles purchasing their meat and seafood. We calculated GZ which placed us a short distance away and off we went. We arrived soon after and quickly spotted the obvious hiding place and sure enough, there she was, very cute.We popped our names on the log and removed the TB.Thanks for bringing us here.#4431 - TFTC
