Found it - after we woke the noisy beast!!! Bright orange lid was like a beacon! Left nothing though as we are exploring Boreen point on scooter. 

We went and checked on the cache yesterday and it is most definitely still there!

Our search was cut short by muggles. We were more nervous about snakes in the long, dry grass than crocodiles!

On return to the car we saw some people coming along another path who pointed us to a walkway that took us to an ancient aboriginal midden spot. Well worth the look.

We went to retrieve the travel buddy and our cache is empty - yet again. My kids look after this cache and love to go and see what's in it and more often than not there is nothing. Please, if you take something, replace it. Note: owls are only swappable for owls.
