lachia and I had a great walk up the river, saw some leeches , birds and lots of koalas!
Unfortunately the expected hideout was empty and after a while looking around we thought that it might be under those fallen trees.
I would have liked to log this one as found and give a +fav but there was no cache for us.
Great walk anyway! 

On our way east lachia and I stopped here, watched the sea and some surfers - and had a look on the regional geology. Thanks for the information about this site and the fast logpermission.

After a lunch break at the "top" lachia and I went for this cache and after some minutes we held it in our hands.

lachia and I got to see the lake in it's very blue color - now I've seen some pictures where the lake is even more bluish.
The color must be a result of the temperature and the resulting dissolution of minerals.

First we saw the lighthouse, then the sea and the seals playing with or in the water - great.
Slowly we made our way to the arch and got even more impressed! What a great place!

lachia and I visited this EC on our first day in Adelaide and had quite some fun there.
We had some problems reading all the listing on our Oregon but managed to find answers. It was a lot of scrolling up and down...
Anyway thanks for the detailed information about the different lithology - it was really interesting to see it that close together.

At the beginning we were not sure if it's worth going to the area of Kings Canyon...
We had a great time there and a gorgeous walk along the canyon! I liked that very much (a lot of geology on the way) and the views are really impressive.

This was a funny one because thirst lachia and I saw the mountain and later on we got to the place where you can find the information about this EC. I didn't expect that there.

Outside the car it was really hot (saw some dust devils around, which I think isn't uncommon in the area). Anyway lachia and I liked this place and the view you get nearby the cache.

Looks like they are building a new way somewhere, so the access close to the lake was nearly a highway (at least when you walk). The last meters than got a bit more "difficult" and in the meantime I was looking at the lake wondering how it could have formed, lachia found the cache.

After lachia and I realised that the cache is not close to Peary, we quickly found it - and afterwards watched a great sunset.

Thanks for showing us this great place.
We had to park our car at the main road because there was a kind of barrier and off course our rental wasn't allowed to go there. This didn't matter at all, we liked the way to the cache/falls and saw a different flora than the days before. It's really amazing how nature can change within a few kilometres.
