glorious day to be out, so were ALL the muggles, try again next time 

...same spent 15mins looking all around with a DNF...lots of trees cut out, look like council has been cleaning.

Just received info, the yacht is STILL in the forest, she's moved :-p 

so whats the story with the old girl, has she been moved or been nicked for scrap metal?

we are adventurous BUT in saying this ...... this ones quite dangerous , didn't want to get to close to edge, could see the drop off through the stout shrub hanging off the side, deff saw where the cache was but "nope" left it where it was

nice walk, used to ride horse out this way when I was a tacker.

on my hike past early this morning thought id go back for this one, did a "collect" to help me do the retrieve but some kind cacher had already left some aid implements (thankyou).

This is a TOP cache I must say but thats nothing less expected from BlacknWhite

STC, left the "implements" BUT dont trust they will stay there cacher folks.

A note to other cachers, there is an open gate in the fence line, behind the trees, left side of the field, about 10 mtrs ish to the right of the water culvert, look for the worn dirt path

lots of walkers and bike riders out today, i was getting some "looks". nice to get a cache thats not so much bush bashing for a change hehehehe.....and in my haste I sat on the log and forgot to sign the log, have to go back now LOL

nice view from here...soon signed the log and was on my way, good thing the cache was a bit contained it looks like the lake water had been lapping at the edges due to the floods last few days, Cache all good tho

i saw were it was but it was muggle central today, being near the Police Boys Club and the Gym upstairs and had many on lookers LOL...ill come back at a later time to log it.

out for my walk, thought id go for these few caches along the esplanade and the parade, top spot for this one in the shade and after the floods in the last day, can see the lake tide line was way up, but cache was all good

found this one the other day, was walking past this morning so thought id give it an eye ball and my eyes could not find = DNF. I think with all the rain the cache has floated or its been muggled, if its still there it will need a long arm.

lots of trails, no way you would find it with out a good GPS unit, we got bang on the money with our Garmin. If its been raining dont attempt this with a 2WD cachers, 4WD no probs.

What a shame seeing this old girl on dry land and in a forest.

WOW, so this is what a "large" cache looks like..."awesomeness".

watch out for leeches they are sticky little buggas....hubby got the leech cause ive got a busted ankle and can only watch from a distance...good thing me thinks.
Its a nice drive out this way, with a 4WD its great, there are a few bog holes so just be cautious when its wet and you have a 2WD. STLB

nice location, been here many times and didnt realise there was a cache. Cache was a bit out in the open, but covered it up a bit, still easy to find. Watch out in the BIG coral tree there is an active bee hive, so dont look here is the hint. Droped off the "Christmas Tree" Geocoin.

what a scramble, well it was for geohubby, me being 5ft and built low to the ground made him go hunting with his long legs and what a giggle and a surprise when he disappeared at the end of the split and then yelled out "woohoo" Signed the log book and retrieved the Xmas Tree Geocoin...what a shame we didnt have our geostash to leave some goodies this time round. Took the Xmas Tree GeoCoin to move along up north.

no luck finding this one, searched and searched....after having recent bad weather the last few days with believe it or not Tornado's, the whole area has been trashed with forest debris making the search very hard, will keep an eye on this cache and return at a later date. 

Found it at the second attempt!

took us 20mins to find this little critter, sneaky little munchkin I can say, near on gave up, so sat down to enjoy the day.....and not a muggle in site, what a shame!!.....hang on!! whats that?? well i'll be, thats not a spiders leg is it LOL...BINGO. TFTC

On visiting the dam, the spillway was roaring with water, must of been about two feet above the spill level...over the last few days we have had an awesome amount of down pours and the dam shows it. 

A lot of cars visiting the Dams today. Avon was closed due to extreme down pours over the last few days, we gathered that the small bridge on the way in must have been near to being covered in water!!, Nepean Dam was open and what an awesome amount of water traveling around the side spill way. Found the cache but had to take the log and dry it out on the warm bonnet of our ute, before we could sign, all dried and popped back.

This was our second visit for this cache and with a determination of not going till we found it...last time there was way way too many cars traveling thru the under tunnel, today was much quieter. What a smart cache this one was, well though out, not always do you find a cache of this size so well hidden.

Malonies Bay, not a person in sight today, easy find on the cache, do hope the weather is kind to this cache container as lid is getting a bit out of shape. TFTC, SL

Had Geo hubby stumped as he said.... "but i looked there!!"
then is said..... "NO look again, you missed something"
slack jawed he said "NO WAY.... AWE you got to be kidding"
