It is gone (ex-cyclone Fehi)

Long time between caches. thanks

Tis gone, flood / erosion.

Area is too overgrown now with gorse, blackberry & flood debris to make an attractive location for a replacement cache.

The shrub right on the edge was GZ MisterAnthony so 'take the find' if you are able to change the log.

Another one we have been meaning to complete for a while.
Definitely needed the clue on this one. My phone just dosent cut the mustard in this cover.

A long time between visits but finally can tick this one off.
Our interpretation of the clue was the other side. tftc

14-Jul-13
Admittedly we havent been caching for a while so our 'geocaching eyes' probably werent as sharp as they could be.
GPS was bouncing around so we concentrated our search on the western side of the bridge without luck.

Ran out of time to attempt 2nd NE so will be back on our bikes in the next week or so to hopefully claim the ftf.

What an interesting container. Would never have found without the clue.

Had a quick look, needed the clue.

The only obvious clue item revealed nothing. Looks to have been moved (aka cache muggled?)

Then again, I may have been looking in the wrong place entirely

Gone

Was passing through the area and thought I'd check given the amount of DNFs

Have left a stick poking out of GZ should anyone want to confirm my (non) findings

Just as the rain was about to get the better of us, the cache location revealed itself.

Worthy of a favourite vote / point.

Thanks

Feeling a bit cocky after finding Frank & Mary's Cat, however rain and 2 previous DNFs meant our search wasnt as thorough as it could have been.

After 'viewing' previous logs, seems we were looking for the wrong type of container anyway.

Look forward to a return visit over the Alps so we can tick this one off.

Grotty weather & schedule didnt allow us much time for caching.

Thanks for placing this cache near one of the places we visited.

Step 1: Spend what seems like hours figuring out how to solve this puzzle
Step 2: Try to look casual while nosey old guy watches your every move.

tftc gracie & mum, we enjoyed this one Big GrinBig GrinBig Grin

3rd visit (disturbed by muggles the first 2 times) and still no luck. Interestingly I have never gotten a stable GPS lock at this location.
Found what I thought was the most likely hiding place but even with Sarah's skinny arms couldn't feel anything.
Oh well...

Too tricky for us.

Pretty sure we were in the right place but it was hard trying to be inconspicuous.

Can we have the rest of the puzzle please?

Bit dark and too much activity to make the quaddie.

Ahh well, we'll be back.
