Logs for The Larrikin Lads

Found where we thought it would be and started to look around but found someone has decided to dump heap of syringes there so we gave up on this one. Next person needs to take a lot of care and wear gloves I think.
After chasing away a pigeon and a nest full of ants we finally found it

Called into do this one and a lady came out of the nearby house requesting that we don't continue.
The elderly man that lives there gets quite worried by all of the strange people that are pulling up and wandering around on his land looking for the cache. Maybe this one needs to be shut down due to her request.

Had found a few of Alby's caches years ago (as Georgie & co) and they were generally worth the walk, this one was no different.
I have been coming to this area for years however never new about this walk until now.
Nice spot and good history TFTC.

Had to wait for some visitors to leave before attemping this one (one visitor may have been a fellow geocacher as he was holding a piece of paper and maybe a gps in his hand), so we headed off and came back later when the coast was clear.
Co-ordinates had us looking on the other side of the road for a start, but after some thought found it fairly easily.
Grass is very long after the recent rain, the clue made it much easier to find (saving wading through a sea of grass).

This spot we knew well as it was the last drop off on our grandfathers schools bus run that we went on many a time.
Very well hidden.
Thanks for the cache

This was our first cache ever. We looked high and low and then after a little while one of the larrikin's found it right in front of our faces.
Very clever container. TFTC.

Lots of people using the campgrounds this weekend. The cache has been very wet (from the recent floods no doubt) however the log book was dry.

Cache was well guarded by at least 6 frogs !!!!! Nice spot for smoko. Swapped a spin top for a groovy eraser.
Thanks for the cache

Very clever hide, the paper was a bit wet so we dried it as best as we could. The flood height has set a new bench mark as the cache has been at least 6 inches under water during the flood.
Thanks for the cache.
