After a three day walk to the tongariro it was a great view to see green and this waterfall.

During my journey through NZ I also visited the Tongariro NP. The first day of the circuit we pass the Esmerald Lakes. Unfortunately it was so foggy and there was an icy wind blowing. The next day in the sun we passed the lower lake again. Now with much brighter colors. A very impressive walk. Greetings from germany, Aljha 

On our journey through the amazing NZ we made a three-day-trip following the Tongariro Circuit. At the beginning of the first day the weather was only windy. But then the way becomes windy and foggy. What an experience. TFTC and greetings from germany, Aljha 

During my journey through NZ I also visited the Tongariro NP. The first day of the circuit we passed the Red Crater. Unfortunately it was so foggy at this place that I hardly se the red colour. The next day the sun was shining. But we had no time to climb again to the edge of the crater.

On our journey through NZ we made a threedaytrip with a canoe at the Abel Tasman NP and the marine reserve where we stayed two nights at Mosquito Bay. We used the second day for a short trip with the canoe and made a nice walk through the bush.
It was amazing to see some seals and penguins only a few meter away from our canoe. I will keep this NP with this beautiful beach and sea in a very good memorization.
