Due to this caches isolation, lack of finds and the fact that I have shifted to Kaikoura I have chosen to Archive it.
Thanks to those who made the effort to visit this cache since it was placed.

Found it on the way to"over the pass" to put t.b. in up there. This was well concealed only found it when I stood on it.Left it a little more visible.
Cheers hunter1nz

Didn't do the answer thing sorry.Thought I'd go straight for it.Looked all around for ages. The only tree that resembled a willow was 200m n/w of the bridge.Nothing there.Found a pink shuttlecock and a green coloured feather on the ground on way back to truck. Were these in your cache?
If so it could be bad news.Have to find somewhere else for leapfrog big ben t.b.
Cheers hunter1nz

Hi Nick ,
Hope your ankle is ok now.It is a bit slippery in places up there.
Found the cache ok.
Took nothing.Left a spell checker & a pack of hearing aid batteries.(wrong size for my use).
Carried on to the rock drawings. S 42 58.800 E 172 41.535. But no camera sorry.
Worth a look. But not exactly awe inspiring. My theory is some early maori travellers were trapped there in bad weather for a few days. And the kids were pissing everyone off. So they made up some paint to shut them up.Or thats what it looks like to me.

Found by hunter1nz. Visiting family . So we went for a look. Found it.Dried out the container & threw out some lollies that were making a sticky mess. Nice cache. Took the matchbox car & left 2 N.Z. phonecards. I'm going to put a cache in Melbourne while I'm here. Hope you guys find it soon. Cheers for now.

19-Feb-01
Hi Donovan,
Found the Conway cache.I was looking in the blackberry. But found it under the small broom bush.It had been trashed & was scattered about. But on closer inspection found that everything was still in its sealed bags.I could see where a Possum had done a number on the lid & got it open. The bag containing the mustard leaf was nibbled. But the tin was unopened!
I took the Japanese coins & left 5xphonecards,a$1 instant kiwi(chance to win there)
,& a nz$2coin the recalled one.
Re-assembled everything & left in original position.
Was it the mustard leaf the possum was after or is that your old lunchbox.
Cheers for now hunter1nz

Hi Donovan.
I'm going to go looking for this cache in the near future. When I'm in Kaikoura next week I hope to travel up that way.I've got a cache ready to go into Kaikoura somewhere as well.
This is alot of fun I hope more people get into it.I'm going to have at least 4 caches.I live in Culverden so I'll have one there and maybe one up the Lewis pass...I'm coming to Dunedin in March so
I hope to have time to look for some of your other ones down there.
