A pleasant short bushwalk, plenty of wildlive on the way TFTC

Got close to GZ but failed to find a safe spot to cross the fast flowing creek so decided on safety considerations to abandon the attempt. Might give it another try in the summer when creek is easy to cross.

It does look like a whale, an easy walk. TFTC

My first find in WA, easy one, nice views. Left TB21RDJV, tight sqeeze to fit him in!
Took nothing, TFTC

27-Jul-10
Fish were not biting but there was a nip in the air, love these frosty mornings. An easy find after a pleasant morning stroll, the last time I did this walk was pre 2003 bushfires, looks like things are recovering well.
Took TB536009, he does not get many visitors, left nothing. TFTC

25-Jul-10
No problem finding this one on the way out from Lego Land 2, young tompy1 had to make the climb, much fitter than me. TNLN, TFTC

24-Jul-10
An easy find (thanks to spoiler photo) this time, tompy1 came along to experience this great cave, a grand place.
We took a medalion and TB, left Lego Man & dice. TFTC

16-Jul-10
We spent ages looking for it but failed, as others have mentioned it was hard to get a fix while clambering over the rocks. We did find two large rocks in the vicinity of GZ with survey monitoring marks placed on them, but did not consider them to be "special". We enjoyed visiting the dam on a nice sunny winters' day & were not greatly disappointed with the failure, will try again sometime. TFTC

An easy find for me & Tompy1 on our way to Corin's Core, blackberry bushes still a bit of problem, survey mark R561 also found. TFTC

I also had a laugh at the name, very apt !

Left a bottle opener & we took the TB 21RDJV. I plan to relocate it somewhere in Perth WA next month.

Took a while but tompy1 eventually found it, a nice hiding place. Took a candle & left Aldi token. TFTC

The waterfall was flowing well, a great spot

08-Jul-10
It took me & tomp1 a while to find this one on a cold frosty morning, it was on the ground, the magnet may be getting weak ???
A pleasent short walk along the track. TFTC

We had planned to go for Lego Land 2 but the Orroral Ridge track was closed. Next time we will check for road closures on the way into Namadgi NP.

Great spot for picnic lunch, lots of rabbits, easy find for me & tompy1. TFTC

27-Jun-10
5th and last find of the day, took a bit of finding, the spoiler photo was needed. A lovely little walk up the hill, lots of roos along the way. Tompy1 & I had a great day at Tidbinbilla, weather was perfect & we found all the caches on our list. What more could we ask for. TFTC

Easy find, seems a popular spot for muggles, especialy on such a beautiful winter's day. We were spotted by a young USA couple who knew what we were up to, his Dad is a keen geocacher in the US so he took details of the cache for his dad, as well as a photo.

Second find to-day, spotted by Tompy1, lots of waterbird life including 2 young cygnets, but platypus not sighted. TFTC

First of the day along with grandson Tompy1, easy find, nice photo spot. TFTC

Our 3rd find of the day, a beautiful short walk, lots of big boulders, a great spot. TFTC

24-Jun-10
Looked in the wrong cave for ages, found a disposable camera tucked away there & thought that was it at first. Then searched the correct cave but failed to find the cache. Despite the failure it was a great bush walk & I went on to find "Rodge of Stone". A very enjoyable day was had !

I would like a spoiler photo please, I plan to return with my grandson Tompy1 in the next few weeks.

The last 100 metres was hard going (thick wet bush), but worth the struggle. Like others before me I did not read the cache info more carefully & went past it first time.

TFTC.

19-Jun-10
Easy find after quite a walk from the trig point, great exercise, ideal weather & lots of roos. TFTC

Last find of the day, Tompy & I had a great afternoon, will be back for more.TFTC

My second try for it & found I it, with help from young Tompy1. Not an easy one! TFTC.

28-May-10
Good one, I'm learning. TFTC

Good one, TFTC

24-May-10
My first find, an easy one to start off, but no luck finding "UPPER URAMBI", will try it another day. No evidence of "cache creep". Took nothing, left nothing. TFTC

DNF, other log comments indicate it is a hard one to locate & I agree. Will try another day !
