Found it with a lot of water in the container. The logbook in the bag was mostly dry.

As I get closer to the cache I was surprised by an invasion of Moskitos. There were so many that I had to cancel my cache mission. I guess i we're there at the wrong time. I will try it again next time I arrive in Brisbane.
