Took a bit but the day was glorious so didn’t mind a bit.
A beautiful view at the end of a track I wouldn’t have bothered with if not for Anna. So glad I came.

On the way past with the three kids, stopped to check but not having the right attire meant that there was no checking this one today, the water depth was a little too much for our shoes. Will be back soon with a pair of boots.

The birds above were not kind to me today, my average GPS Accuracy at WP1 was 66m. Leaving it on a stump for 10min allowed it to come down to 12m. At least it narrowed down the area. At 9:55am I found WP1. The next hour and a half was spent with brain cogs twirling, eventually found an answer that gave me three quarters of a clue, a bit of deduction later and I had some co-ords. Off I went (hoping they were right. The area looked promising but after three quarters of an hour searching, I still had not found WP2. Being time restricted, I had to call it a day. Later at home I found the full answer, verifing that my deduction was correct. I'll be back to finish it off.

Found @ 2:25pm.
The caculated co-ords are seemingly VERY wet and deep. We too decided not to swim for it. The decrypted hint however was enough for us to find this well hidden cache.
This is our third cache on our way to Sydney.
My wife would not let us leave until we found it, the FTF Bug has bitten!
We took the wrist compass (my son has not yet taken it off) and a red and white badge. We left Basketball Grover and Furby.
Cache was dry and in good nick.
Thanks,
Baseline Benny and Family.

Found @ 11:46am. GPSr was leading me about 25m astray for this one, clue was the lifesaver today. Took Plantmans Pet Rock for some travel, will drop him off soon.

Being in the area, chasing some other caches, I couldn't figure out why there was a cache on my GPSr screen that I didn't have a page for. So off I went looking, I parked at S27°28.643 E152°57.986 and set off thru the scrub. After some 380mtrs of treking, I came to a very steep embankment, seeing a carpark next to the creek bed below, I decided to turn around and find the carpark, even tho I was only 80mtrs away from the cache. Back I went to the car, found the carpark without much difficulty, but to my suprise I was now parked right next to the cache, after some frantic searching, I gave up, and pulled out the trusty nokia 9210 and pulled up geocaching.com and pulled up the cache page.... to discover there is no cache. Perhaps it might be helpful (read: less stressing & strenuous) if this cache were archived? or move the co-ords and hide one?

Found @ 1:15pm. I tried to find the well cut path but couldn't, ended up parking at S27°27.949 E152°57.818 and going thru the scrub until I found the path, not far from the cache itself. Very puffed by the time I found it. I was very glad I had water with me, the trip back down was much easier . TNLN - although one of Plantmans Pet Rocks did visit.

Found at 4:10pm - Finally!
Well... turns out I had an error in the order in which I put the numbers in the date, my 'xxxx' numbers were in the wrong order! I had them in reverse numeric order (4321 style) not in left to right order. Once that was done, I trundled off with the wife and kids to find it. The eagle eyed wife spotted it, the GPSr was a little way off, the hint helped her.
Nice spot for a cache, enjoyed reading about the area and it's significance.
Thanks,
Ben.

hmmm... the value of reading logs before searching, the value of printing a CURRENT page....
My printed page from the 31st October has the co-ord of (xxxx-2*zz)/2-11.5 S 22.22.aaa - well 22.22.aaa is over 500km away so I made the assumption that it should be 27.22.aaa which would put in in the same park... (I notice the current page does say 27.22.aaa)
so onward I went... upon finding concrete ramps for the 'entry' and 'exit' I wondered if the horizontal rails on the fence leading upto the viewing platform were it... dutifullily counted them (same number on left(exit) and right(entry)) this figure inserted into the equation produced a figure aaa.x didn't make sense so I dropped the .x and it was in the park.... but no cache at that location that I could find..... hmmmm....
so the questions are:
did I count the right horizontal boards?
should i get a figure of aaa.x? or should it be aaa?
did i get the right spot and just not find it?
any help appreciated.

Found @2:05pm. From the time we found our first in this series at 9:35am, thats 4hr30min to find all nine! The hills reverberated with Bills warcry!
Fortunatly, Bill found another word instead of Divorces, Unfortunatly, I wrote one of the numbers wrongly... the difference between the correct digit and mine was only 2, which equated to 3.7kms away from where we should have been.
Very nice walk thru this park, in fact, only a couple of days ago, I drove past and looked at my GPSr and thought, hmmm.... no geocaches there, it would be a great spot for one.... however, now I know there is one here....
Thanks heaps for a great day out, NINE in one day, in 4hrs30mins, traveled 146km. WHOO HOO!!!!!!!!!
Took some nails, left Sunglass holder and Five Pence Coin.
Thanks,
Baseline Benny.

Found @ 11:55am. This is the seventh for the day in this series. Great views, the house diagonally opposite the park is for sale, but I don't have the funds to make it happen. Off to Looking Up, GCGT1P now.
Found with Bill, our fifth today in this series. Off to Looking about now, GCGT1V.
Found with Bill, our fourth for the day in this series. Off to Looking Down, GCGT1G now.
Found @ 12:42pm. This is our eighth and final micro in this series! We've done the two virtuals, but having done the other six, we don't have to wait in order to do the final one, LOOK NO MORE, GCGT19. I'm glad we didn't see any rocket launchers at this one. Great spot for the kids, they'd love the noise and vibration. Anyhow, its off to LOOK NO MORE, almost.... we sat here for a while figuring out just where it is. And yes, I made an error, but I didn't know it yet....

Found @ 11:24am. Bill was filling in the log book on this one, I thought I would relief my bladder a little way off the track. As the first drops impacted on the ground, the ground exploded with a mass of ants, each almost an inch long, red in color and very visible from my vantage point 1.8 metres above them. As they advanced toward my feet, I took a step backward, but I wasn't quick enough (there is only so fast you can move in this situation without making a mess) With one hand trying to remove ants, I ended up with one on my chest, many on my jeans, thankfully, none inside. It was a very adrenaline producing moment.
This was the sixth for the day in this series. Off to Looking Back, GCGT1R now.

Found @ 9:35am. The day has begun. We (Billmeister and I) are going to see how many of the LOOKING series we can do today. Bill found this one, I was on the wrong side of the building. Now we are off to Looking Sharp, GCGT1N.
Found @ 10:10am. Third for the day in this series. The mungles were out and about. Bill did a great job of extricating the cache from it's hiding spot. Putting it back however was going to be a problem. Eventually, I figured that we'd walk past the hiding spot and I would 'drop' my book, as I picked up the book, my arm went out and bent in 8 places to put it in, but I couldn't find the velcro dots...... a couple of seconds of panic (and not wanting to drop it!) I found the velcro dots and all was well. All this time, Bill was strategically standing to block the view of the mungle. Very good spot for a cache, thanks. Off to Looking out, GCGT1T.

Did this with the kids while my wife went to the osteopath. We just pick one nearby and off we went. didn't find, but reading the logs, it would seem we were off a little. We'll try again sometime.

Saw this float across screen after finding GCC76. Hadn't read anything here on the net about where/how placed. got to within 180m, but had to turn back with the kids. Having read the logs, I realise we were on the wrong trail. We were though close to GCGJ02 (didn't get to it either). Time prevented us from going up the other trail.
