Very wet track today.... not easy to find.
Luckily we were out with a good team today.. 

Couldn't find the tool mentioned.....
... but luckily a team member had small hands!

We were staying at the Taylor made back packers nearby.. and so this was easy to get to...
Searched for it a few times..but the area was covered in snow... and on the day we were leaving finally found it!

Found late at night while heading to the small church... very dark and brilliant night sky..

Tried to find this in the day time.. but was rather busy here...
Came back at night for a walk.. with KiltedKiwis.. and found it..

What a great spot! The hot pools were so cool (err. very hot)..
Sandflies go there first...and we had to fight them off...

Searched for a while but couldn't find the cache.. everything was frozen though so perhaps that didn't help as it wasn't too easy to push things aside to see...

 

Such a nice place to stop on the way... the lake was awesome...
First type of cache we've found like this with a set of instructions from the GPS location.. but was fine.. and fun!

An easy one.. was nice after a failure earlier on today!
Dropped off a TB.. 

didn't have any luck here... had a good look around.. but obviously don't think like a ferret?!

Had a good look around under the walkway and found a number on the right side 048121 on a little tag but nothing else... 

this was a great little walk in some native bush...
took a bit of finding but was fine.... just need to go off track a little bit.
Park in the lower car park and take a walk thru the wood.. so nice! 

The dogs in the house nearby were doing a good job letting their owners know we were around...
Found the cache OK... not too hard...
 

Got the answers to the questions.. had a look around the area.. but couldn't find the cache... it was autumn and many leaves perhaps were making it more tricky?!
Still a nice stop though... TFTC..
