Forgot!!! Been buried I thinks buy lots a floods. 

I have removed this cache . Too many people complaning. 

Third time this cache has been stolen. Once by a cacher and not sure on the other two. 

[:(!][:(!][:(!] IT SEEMS THIS CAHCE HAS FALLEN VICTIM TO ANOTHER CACHE STALKER!!! ONLY A GEOCACHER COULD HAVEK NOWEN THIS WAS THERE. IT HAS BEEN STOLEN.

I AM GOING TO ASSUME IT WAS THE SAME PERSON WHO "SWAPPED OUT LIL RED ANT" FOR A CHEAP PLASTIC CONTAINER. [:(!][:(!][:(!] 

I will try retrieve the caches and re deploy them in an area that is less governed. I Hope people like to kayak!! 

It seems after many visits by geocachers over the years, that the powers that be have decided to remove our cache. 

It seems after a few years of enjoyment by many Cachers that the powers at be have gone to great lengths to remove this geocache as well. It wont be long now and we will only be able to drive through these great places. 

I will check this cache out over the weekend. The cache was never in the protected area, you left the path before reaching it. It is sad that QNPWS no lomger has the funding for rangers to be rangers and not pencil pushers. There was a time people were employed to maintain these great parks. 

Have arranged a week off to go and check this out.. Think they would have emailed me through the site. 

Passing through this area today so checked i on the now plastic Cache!! Some one must really be hard up if they go out of there way to swap out a long term cache container for a plastic P&N and and move it!!!!

THE CACHE IS NOW BACK IN ITS CORRECT LOCATION WITH THE SAME SORT OF CONTAINER!!!!!

Albyalbatross & Nicole checked in this onte early today. All is well. Might even run into some cachers on the Bunya mnts over the long weekend. 

It seems the cacche is right where it was meant to be. Mabey someone was a little tired and getting right down and looking!!! Pics will be up next week. It is all good and sound, just elusive!!! 

I will investigate the fate of this cache sat morning. 

Nice area to walk in No wildlife except for the fitness junkies! It seemsa fewe muggles have found and signed the book 21/2,26/2,25/4. Must make time to walk this whole trail.

A steamy and warm afternoon. Lots of Muggles about with their K-9 friends. Almost walked right past this one as it was so open! 

After deciding the washing machien has been washed away, we went back for this cache. Dont know why I didnt notice it in the search! I think I may have seen deputychick trying to look not too sneaky now I think about it!!

Found it almost straight off as I dropped my pack on it!! 

Great vantage point for us being new to the area. The geohound thought it was great untill he decided to see what was over the edge!! We also left the Fisherman so he could be near the water. 

This sounded too interesting not to go and see. Having come froman area with a lot deep!! (40-50mtr) shafts I wanted to see this. Too bad the cap is on. Not too deep to bottom from the rock drop. Will have to take back my ir cam to lower down and see!!!

Now this could heve been hard as I have the hands of, well big hands anyways!. Wendy came to the rescue being feminine and all. Damp Log BOOK!!! 

A nice little place, even though it was a little crowded. Last one for us today. 

Glad we hunted this one down on a suny arvo! Could have been a bit dicey otherwise.. 

What a good way to kill a couple of hours inthe area. Found with little effort but boy there are some nosey locals! 

Enjoyed the walk in..watched the evil ugly eels playing in the waterholes, then went on to to the washing machien.

Arrived at ground zero (when it stood still long enough!) approx 3:10 pm and began to search...3:45...searching...4:15stoppedfor a drink....5:10 coverd all the way up from wateline to above trail on both sides... We never usually give up but this seems to have eluded us somewhat!!! Poor old Fisherman bug had come home with us.Nice place.. I amgoing back for the 40k section in winter. 

Just picking up a bug for the return trip.. 

Just stoped by to check on the cache..and show The fisherman where monster Bass Lurk!!! 

We have made the walk a few times since arriving here. have a thing for being up high on stuff!! Wendy found it (again)still have not got any goodies to trade with yet!!  

Well wasnt this fun! No signal lots og muggles but we used the clues and mapsend chart!!! 

14:15 in the warm aevo sun. It seems we missed a couple of cachers..Fisherman!!

This took alittle bit of doing! Evem got the intrest of a passing patroll boat. Lots of muggles!!!!! We made the log andleft unseen!! 

Just a note to say this was not found on first attempt!

At last things were going a little better for us! Sydney is going totake a lifetime to explore.
 

This was a virgin Sydney cahe for us. havoing just arrived here from overheated QLD, caching in the middle of the day is much more tolerable. 

Well it was a little easier to find this time with the right Coordinates!!!

We camped in the nearby state forest thinking we would be alone! No Chance!!!

After setting up camp out at Inskip point we headed for a swim and a cache. Seems to be either really hot or wet when we go somewhere!!! found it and managed to fight out of the hands of one or two million mozzies!!!!. Thanks. 

All is now good and well. 

It seems I ahve gottenone of the digits wrong in the coords. Will have to walk in this weekend to check them.

We used to sail an old Calypso cat here on weekends back when summer storms were common and the wind got a fair blow up on the dam..(ever cartwheeled a cat before?) 

08:45am .Great little place in there. We will be back for a more closer look soon. we had no trade items today! 

09:30 am After a quick walk up the simple rocky road!! We foud the cache fairly quicky..It seems they have been doing a lot of maintaince in the area, lawns nicely mowed and the perimeter all whipper snipped!!! Going to have to comeback here as well!! 

All is new and dry!!! Original log book is still in place

We live in two towns pending work demands. One is only 2 hrs drive from AUBURN falls. Being active in the outdoors with cross country walking, fossicing ect In most cases we are all over the place usually covering a lot of kilometers.

The cache itself is a 30 cal ammo box with a hot laminate lable, glued on with Epoxy resin I use for boat building, the cover note is hot laminated and inside with log book wrapped in a heavy plastic bag hidden out of the direct elements but easily found by a Cacher.

Having inlaws who own "Manar 4wd Tourist Park" it is common for us to be in the local area. 

Thats the way it goes, found it within a few minutes after reading some of the logs and ignoring the error of 30 mtrs... 

We were in the area and I had just turned on the gps to place a cache and noticed one nearby!!! So armed with no clue sheet or anything other than a sense of gotta get a cache, found it we could not.. Back to morrow!!! 

This was one of our fun places to be on a late friday night Long Long ago... Took Wendy only moments to locate the cache, failing light and wind made it a little cool. Clear night for the scramble down!!!!
